This is not the global entry site. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY

They made this seem to be the real site and its not. They says you can ask for a refund but when I did they would not refund my money. They charged me $300 but the correct government site only charges 120.
What a scam. I guess they make their money by scamming people. Please make sure you are on the government site before entering in your credit card.

good news finally renewal interview!

the good news is we finally got an appointment together. the fact that our last names are different probably complicated the scheduling. once we started to use email to state our situation and continue to try to set up appointments at close to same time, it was easier than using the portal.the phone #for customer support went nowhere, short wait, then a deadline.

I am an elderly female traveler

I am an elderly female traveler, and was fortunate enough to find this company to renew my Global Entry. I am not very technical and this was all completed on my cell phone in a very short period of time. I did have a few obstacles (my own lack of understanding the process); however, this agency was was very responsive to my needs and walked me through it. I was able to contact them through their customer service, and received a response in a few hours to help me. I did have trouble contacting on their phone line, and when I placed a call I was told that they would be with me the next available call; however, I was disconnected after holding a few short minutes. I tried this about 4 times to no avail, but got a response through messaging them on their web site.
I highly recommend this agency to you if you need to apply for or renew your Global Entry.

Horrible experience- it’s been a month…

Horrible experience- it’s been a month and I keep getting an email response asking for more information- that I already filled out in the initial form. And the phone number keeps disconnecting me. I was told this must be a 3rd party for Global entry! Which was not made clear when filling out the application.

Appointments available but cannot schedule

Appointment are available at Charlotte Douglas International but I cannot click on them to schedule the time. It's a difficult site to navigate.

I took the advice offered by Global Entry and got an appointment. Thank you!

Good Morning,

Thank you for processing my recent renewal and approval for Global Entry. According to the email received, the new replacement card should be received in another week or so.

I am contacting you with an associative concern. This morning, I received an email with a bill (see attached PDF) from the Town Hall of Sao Paulo, Brazil (have never been there BTW) who is introducing another $172 USD fee. I am confident that this is a SCAM. What I find disturbing is that it does contain information that I recently shared with you for my re-application. It contains my name and address (easily found on Google) but also apparently has my correct email and the statement clearly identifies "Global Entry" on the body of the statement.

Can anyone from your organization provide me with a response to HOW this group came across my information I provided to you in trust for your required approval activities?

DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE this Global Entry service. Do yourself a favor! Go straight to government website to apply. Using this service is so cumbersome and does NOT accellerate your application time at all!! And ultimately, they have all access to your login and information. They should be shut down.

Regarding the processing time, it's important to note that delays are due to the government review, which can vary. While some applications are processed quickly, others, like yours, require non-automated review and can take anywhere from 6 to 24 months. In your case, the review took 4 months, which is above the average processing time. Most of the new applications we handle are approved within 1 month, and renewals often take less than a week.

iInability to connect with number provided in response to my renewal reqest.

You call the number, notified you are first in line, wait a long time, and then the hold just drops our without anyone coming online.

I provided all info for my partner and me to renew our GE but the response came back as if i requested a first time GE pass.

Great communication; helpful officials

From the start, communication was great and helpful.

Have tried 3 times to complete process

Have tried 3 times to complete process. Go through entire application, get to payment and it keeps denying credit card. I have tried 3 different cards. They are good. It is NOT the cards
