I placed an order and forgot to update my address. I immediately sent an email to correct my error. It didn’t happen in time, but Elyka came to my rescue. I never received the first order. Elyka without hesitation replaced my order free of charge. I was so elated because that she took such care of me. THANK YOU!!!!

Great customer service

Rio has been a great help to me. My package was delivered but there was no product inside. It looks like it has been tampered with. I let her know and she had a replacement shipment sent out within 2 days. Great customer service. I am looking forward to receiving my product.

I had a great experience using the AI chatbot, Rio! He was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process quick and simple. The products do EVERYTHING they say. Dark spots on my neck from shaving are rapidly clearing. Also, I had a problem with my shipment that was resolved quickly and the sales rep, Rio, reached out to me personally to follow up and make sure I was taken care of.

Rio helped me out, and was quick to answer my question and take action to what I needed! Also love the products, really works in brightening my skin!

I reached out to Glo Melanin to cancel my recurring subscription. I am satisfied with the products, but currently I have more than enough and didn't want to continue getting more products auto-shipped when it will take me a while to start using them (there are some non-Glo Melanin products I already had that want to use up first). Rio provided great customer service and was able to cancel my subscription for me. When I am ready for more Glo Melanin products, I will be back to order them!

The reason I gave 4 stars was because I had to send a follow-up email before I got a response however it was Labor Day that week so response times could have been delayed due to the holiday. I also wish there was a way to order more than one quantity of a product (because I order for both my sister and myself) without having to lock into a subscription (but it can be paused or canceled at any time).
