Experience is and was terrible as usual because you don’t listen to customer feedback or complaints. I’m really unsure why you’re sending me an email to give feedback when you’ve proven time and time again you do not listen to customer feedback.

Delivery was quick and arrived on time
Delivery was quick and arrived on time. Tracking updates were clear throughout, and the parcel was delivered without any issues. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the heavy cat litter boxes had split slightly during transit, so some of the contents had leaked into the outer box. Thankfully, the majority of the order was still usable. Overall, I'm happy with the service and would use GLS again.

Package left in insecure place
Disliked the fact that, as I was out today and didn't know I was getting a delivery, the driver left my package on the windowsill by my front door. I live on a busy main street in a tourist village, and my door opens straight onto the street! That is not a secure place to leave something!

Parcel left nowhere near my house
Parcel was left nowhere near my house . It was left 500m away from my gate . Driver wouldn’t or didn’t go down our drive way and left it behind wheelie bins near a main road . No post box or parcel box anywhere near where it was left . Awful .

The package obstructed the cat flap
They left my package directly in front of the cat flap, preventing my cats from getting in or out. Please ensure this doesn't happen again

Its only a small annoyance but I wish…
Its only a small annoyance but I wish the delivery person would drop my delivery at the front door , as I always have to try and carry the delivery from the pier and its usually 32kg of dog food so it would just make life a little easier

The Delivery Driver for my area in Dublin 12, Tony, is a true Gentleman. Always asks if I need help with the heavy Parcels (I am 70 and disabled)
If more Delivery Drivers took such care and were as polite then there would be no one to complain.

I love that the driver rings before arriving to check if you are home. My only complaint would be that the notification that the parcel was received by GLS is often sent only minutes before the 'your parcel is out for delivery' message.
Surely the parcels do not get processed that quickly! Perhaps a procedural glitch, but it has happened numerous times on shipments from different vendors, so seems to be common to GLS.

Regarding the notification timing, this back-to-back update usually happens when bulk shipments arrive at the depot and are loaded onto the delivery vans almost immediately. However, we understand this gives very little notice, and we will pass your feedback to our IT and operations teams to help us improve this process.
