Very disappointing experience with GLS
Very disappointing experience with GLS. My parcel has not been delivered to me. GLS keeps sending me a photo showing a door with house number 8, while I live at 108B. I have no idea where this is or which street it is on.
I have asked GLS to provide the exact delivery location, but instead I keep receiving the same photo. Where am I supposed to look for my parcel? This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.Very disappointing experience with GLS

Got a parcel delivered yesterday as the Eircode is confusing in our rural area the parcel was delivered to a new neighbour’s house next door which is currently under renovations, we got an email to say it had been delivered but when we got home no sign of parcel Normally would call into the neighbours but as mentioned under renovations. Spoke to Karl in the Customer Service Team this morning who was able to provide a photo of the house it was delivered to (next door neighbour) called over to builder who had taken the parcel in yesterday. Parcel received, Mission Accomplished thanks to Karl in GLS.

Completely unprofessionell Customer Service agent telling me that the package was left at the near gas station, which was not true. Only hours later the chauffeur cleared up the mess and the packages was located - not at the gas station!

I am happy the drivers can identify that some houses have a number and a letter. So they don't deliver my packages in a wrong house.

Delivery service needs to learn from customer service !!1
The reason I give three stars is because of the delay in delivering the parcel. Three days in a row I was told it was out for delivery but obviously it wasn't and it was delivered on the fourth day.
However, if I was to rate the customer service, especially, Paola who I dealt with, I was very happy with their quick response to my enquiries and their genuine desire to resolve the issue.

Hand parcel to customer and not just drop outside the door
The items was worth alot of money, I was home expected someone to knock or press door bell but I found it outside, I work from home was home if I didnt go out that day it would have stayed there overnight didnt think that was smart move

Absolutely frustrating from day 1
Absolutely frustrating from day 1. Monday I got an email saying my parcel was out for delivery. Not delivered. Tuesday the same thing. Nothing. Tracking then said it was back with the main area. Rang them and the lad said oh ya it's out for delivery tomorrow. That was yesterday and today still nothing. Absolute joke of a company. Waiting on the package as I'm going on holiday on Friday.

The worst
One of my parcels was delivered by a Delivery man delivering items from a Ford Fiesta - looks super dodgy. My other parcel is yet to arrive, it keeps returning to the parcel centre honestly could not be any worse. Plus driver is not contactable and not trackable
