The delivery driver throws the package…
The delivery driver throws the package on the front lawn, will not come any further. My 60yr old parents are not able to lift a box with 2 12kg bags of food in it. It’s not acceptable, paying for delivery and they won’t even come in the open gate and bring it to the front door

The GLS driver called me 2 minutes before he arrived. He was very nice and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I highly recommend GLS!

Parcel dumped over wall
GLS parcel 21599947187
Parcel dumped over wall and left on the lawn. It is a simple thing to slide the gate open and leave the parcel in the front porch but delivery person too lazy and disinterested to do so. This is an ongoing occurrence. Wouldn't use GLS myself.
Same thing happened this morning 19th August 2026 parcel dumped on wet lawn after overnight rain. GLS delivery person unwilling to deliver to front porch where my parcels would be safe. GLS has asked for more information, I don't know how much more information I can give I think this review says it all.
