Quick and Professional Service
We purchased two large rugs from Kukoon Rugs in Belfast around 1pm on a Wednesday, and the two rugs were in our house in Dublin by 11am the following day. I was able to track our items at every stage. The person who delivered the rugs was very polite and professional, and took great care with our purchases. We were very happy.

I did not receive the full order. Missing 2 box. This may be supplier issue but the consignment did not indicate number of box's so i have no way of knowing.

Worse delivery company in whole…
Worse delivery company in whole Ireland, I don't understand why some business still using this company. Parcel sitting in local hub for 3 days, customer service is awful, for 2 days I was waiting on phone more than 20 minutes, being 3rd in the line. Finally got through and they don't even know when parcel going to be delivered.

Impossible to find locations for drop…
Wanted to a make a return and downloaded my return slip, scanned the qr for drop off locations. The map is very difficult to navigate but eventually found a drop off point In Roscrea so drove 24km to find that they don’t take GLS even though they’re listed on the website. Impossible to find locations for drop off for returns. Website map out of date. Very frustrating!!

We have the best service with Gls always, the driver in our area will ring us before he arrives and could not do more to accommodate us. Always a great experience as we receive orders from Zooplus at least once a month.

The worst service ever
The worst service ever, parcel not collected since last Wednesday. The driver is not showing up but reports to the management that "it's unable to collect the parcel because customer is on holidays" Radicilous!!!
