Shipping too high and in chat they don’t even care I don’t want to buy from them. Weird.

Never delivered food. Did not respond to several emails and calls. Complete SCAM.

Product not received and no customer service. Beware! Does not answer phones or emails!

I do not usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience.

I ordered two loaves of gluten-free challah for a friend with severe gluten allergies for a holiday gathering. I paid for expedited next-day air shipping. As of the time of this review, nearly one week later, the order has not arrived.

I have emailed the bakery to request an update and have not received a response. At this point, I am requesting a refund for both the order and the expedited shipping.

I selected this bakery believing that ordering from a relatively local business would result in timely delivery and communication. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met.

I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision when ordering.

Really, the gingerbread house kit was totally unexpected. It was not super clear that we had to actually fully bake all of the elements. That should be clearer. The website does say: "Experience the magic of the holidays by baking, building and decorating a gingerbread house. This certified gluten free kit comes in an adorable decorative house box that includes all of the dry ingredients, house cookie cutters, and decorating supplies you’ll need!" but you have to supply butter, icing, molassas and there were BARELY any decorations. All they give you is two tiny bags of sprinkles - HUGE disappointment. We've ordered many gingerbread house kids and not only was this severly lacking, but the dough didn't even make enough for the four houses we bought! It made 2. On the positive - the gingerbread tasted great.

Never received shipment I placed order early September..credit card has been charged for items .. I was notified on 10 Sept. that a UPS label was made.... however, there has never been a package submitted for shipping; I have tried to contact them unsuccessfully since the 10th of September.... no response or help. I used the e-mail on the website, and phoned using all 6 of the general extension prompts.... all the "boxes are full" and am still waiting for some kind of acknowledgement that my messages have been received...NOTHING.... It is Sep 24th!

I placed two orders nearly a month ago. I received one but not the other. I order I received was very late, box was marked to keep frozen. The box was not kept frozen, it was actually soggy and the product was squished. The second order I have been dealing with the worst customer service ever. Lies, lies, lies. For the last couple of weeks I am told it will ship on Monday and I will receive an email with the updated tracking number. When I don't I request a refund for which I am told no since my order is in process. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GLUTEN FREE PALACE!!!!

Ordered several items. They arrived later than expected and all in one box without division. Two packages of buns were crushed and it has taken three attempts over the past week to finally get a response. Now they are asking for photos to prove it without denying their shipping practices (there was a hard clamshell box in with four other types of bread in thin plastic wrappers). Luckily I hadn’t thrown them out yet even though they are useless. Terrible customer service.

Never received my product. I placed an order for green tea & immediately received an emailed reply from them containing an order confirmation and a promise to email an update when the tea shipped. ELEVEN days went by with no shipping info. I sent two emails and called three times with no response. I contacted my credit card company and began a dispute of the credit card charge.

At that point, I got an emailed reply to one of my earlier emails, stating my tea was out of stock and would I like to order a different item?

No, I would not. I would like to cancel this order and never deal with this company again. I can't believe that they waited 11 days to tell me that they didn't actually have the product for which they'd collected money.

I got another email response from them, stating that my order had been canceled but my payment hadn't been refunded. I replied that they'd better refund my payment or else deal with my credit card company, since I'd already started the dispute process.

At that point they claimed they'd issued a refund - though it's not appearing online just yet; so I'll give it a day or so.
