I strongly advise avoiding GoBathrooms and am disgusted after my terrible experience. They fitted my bathroom and installed a more powerful electric shower — but used the old cable, which wasn’t rated for the new shower.

Soon after, the shower started smoking and gave off a burning smell, posing a real fire hazard. An independent electrician confirmed the cable was completely unsuitable and had to be replaced urgently.

Despite repeated requests, I never received an electrical safety certificate, which should be legally required for this kind of work. I’ve tried to contact the company several times and even left comments on their social media, which were ignored and deleted instead of addressed.

This whole experience has been unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. I had to pay out of pocket to make their work safe. I would not trust this company with any electrical or bathroom work.

Online order with go bathrooms arrived poorly packaged without enough protection, to find a damaged bathroom cabinet.
Avoid using!

Absolute scammers.Very poor products and do not honour their guarantee even after 2 independent reports stated that this is a faulty bath.Do yourselves a massive favour and avoid them

Would give no stars if possible. Bought bath and surface became uncleanable and marked in 13 months Asked about 25 yr warranty and told not applicable and blamed me for the marks. Only offered 10% off a new bath. Very poor sarcastic Customer service who refused to help in any way and finished saying “I hope you have a lovely day”. Cheap bath and company. Also check other poor reviews. They have changed names and also known as The bath people. My advice stay well clear. I wish I had

AVOID THIS PERSON
Sent a battered radiator, literally dinted, scraped and marked. Refused a full refund and were not interested it was sent in such a poor way. Avoid - I got my credit card involved so I recommend you always pay on CC for goods.

They're selling low-quality items and will make up any excuse not to stand behind their promises. Their guarantee means nothing - they're insolent and fraudulent as many comments already mention in here

Awful company to deal with. AVOID. Also go by the names Cubico UK Ltd and The Bath People.

2 Radiator keys delivered next day. Both work fine.

I ordered tiles threw amazon.
Nice white gloss brick type lovely.
They arrived black tiles broken & even used tiles still with the grout stuck on the back of them.
Bloody fuming & my tilers coming Monday.

Worst company to deal with. I paid £3300 and i got the problem straight away and contacted them on numerous occasions but they always give false promises and make excuses. My bath tub is leaking water and i have no one to contact with this company. They have blocked me on Facebook so i can not leave the review. I am so disappointed with their service and i would not recommend this company and their people to anyone. Beware with these scammers. Refused to honour 10 year guarantee after sink colour faded in places. Blamed toothpaste water or cleaning products ( which i dont use! If toothpaste ruins the sink why is it a bathroom sink? I also have a water softener so no limescale which is why i dont need strong cleaning products. They do not give a monkeys about complaints or faults probably due to their positive "ratings" on ebay. Beware if it goes wrong your stuffed you lose your money. Loik at negative reviews first. Pay more for a product from a more reputable company is my advice.

Toilet arrived and is warped. They've refused to replace and have been very unhelpful.
If trustedpilot have to include a banner about them you know you should avoid them!
