Took ages to arrive. Quality not as expected material is thin...the zip doesnt open fully..sizing innaccurate.... cannot see information to arrange return/ refund.

Worst company I have bought from. Took a month to arrive. Dresses were not as described and poor quality. Have been trying daily for last two weeks to arrange a refund. Heard nothing yet. Avoid avoid avoid If I could give them minus stars I’d do that. They don’t even deserve one

Absolute rubbish. Dresses did not fit well. Returns are to China and certainly not hassle free. Still fighting to get my money back.

I ordered the item 5 weeks ago and no sign of it. They have stopped responding to my enquiries as to where my order is. I wouldn't rate this company as 1 star, but there was no option to rate zero!

Very poor communications. Items arrived very slowly (clearly not from London as they portray themselves as a London company). Dresses didn't fit so several emails sent to try and return and seek a refund but they are just blanking me. There is no UK address or telephone number. Beyond frustrated.
As they are advertising on Facebook UK I would have assumed that they would have been verified by them. Grrrr.....
After seeking support from Citizens Advice and my credit card company who raised a complaint with them, they eventually have given me a refund!
Definitely worth complaining to your credit card company if you don't get a response from them directly.

The item which arrived late was not as advertised. I am very disappointed. I wish I'd checked reviews in advance of purchase. The material is poor, the cut and design not as featured. More disappointing is the misrepresentation of the company as UK based. I expected my request for a refund to be treated in accordance with UK consumer law. I have sent numerous email requests for information on the refund process but received no response.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. Trading under the impression you are UK based when clearly your inferior products are sent from China.

Astonished that the dress also needed returning to China and nowhere was this mentioned in your Ts and Cs.

Luckily I purchased via Visa who have managed to get my money back. Won't touch your company again with a bargepole!

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The dress ordered did not arrive when expected so I contacted the company and the ‘resent’ it. When it did arrive it was not the dress I ordered. It was the wrong colour and it did not fit. I asked for a refund. Very difficult process. After many emails they agreed to a partial refund and said that to return the wrong dress would cost over £12 as it would have to be returned to china. They offered to send a bigger one but the one I ordered was the largest size!! Eventually after suggesting contacting Trading Standards I received a refund of £15.98 being 40% of cost. All very unsatisfactory.

Dreadful customer service, despite saying easy returns , they won’t let you & then ghost your emails . AVOID

Dresses took a long time to arrive, both sizes a very poor fit, no returns label. I have emailed asking where to send them back and for a full refund - no response. The website says (in Dutch, so not London then?!) that it will be 'open again soon'. Bought for my niece's wedding next week - hugely disappointed having to start over, and looks like I will be £60 out of pocket judging by other reviews on here. Wont be buying clothes online again, always a disappointment.

Order took ages to come - not London based as it's a Chinese company as everyone has said. Wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing.!!
Poor quality design and fabric.

I ordered a dress that looked lovely on their Web site. It took 3 weeks to arrive, which was strange as it says its UK based. Arrived 2 days ago in a small package and its cheap and badly made. The material is nothing like the picture. I emailed them 2 days ago asking how I return an item and I have had no response. The Web site is down as well. Do not buy from this company you will be let down.

There is no contact with them, they do not respond to emails regarding returns. The quality of the dress is terrible. It is suitable for the trash

Ordered a dress that looked very classy. It took 3 weeks to come and was tightly bundled into a very small package. This got me thinking that this company is definitely not based in London. The style of the dress was similar to the photo on the website despite the material being quite cheap. However the size (12/14 L) was way too small which is typical of those Chinese clothing companies. I sent them an email asking for a return/swap 4 days ago. No answer so far. Their website is down so I can't even look for a phone number to call and complain. I am not holding my breath for a return/swap or a refund.

Yup, rubbish, scam, crappy material, extremely small size, no answer of any contact.

Poor quality fabrics and not like the photos. I agree with other reviews I've read. I've just sent them an email in the hope of getting a 'return label' .... let's see if this happens.

I waited ages for the item to arrive, they kept fobbing me off. The dress finally arrived yesterday and it’s not the same as the pictures nor the correct size, I’ve emailed for a refund and guess what …they are not answering my emails 😡

Do not buy from them, its a scam from China. Cheap, thin, see through material, doesn't fit well, returns are next to impossible. After a few emails they just stop responding. Avoid!!!!

Very bad. The dresses are nothing like shown on the website. I am so disappointed. Waited weeks and then the order arrived. 2 dresses, most expensive I've ever paid. Fabric is poor quality and print even worse
