Gofile are excellent at offering support regarding queries. I submitted my VAT wrong and had to seek support. They replied almost instantly and offered detailed guidance on how to rectify the issue.

It is simple and quick price is bit high for small business people like me otherwise get 5 star

Will get better a we get more used to the software and procedure of sending a Vat return via your system.

As it still very new to us, also we only get to do it ever 3 months, we tend to forget how to.

But hav emad enote as to how to do, which are beetre than the first lot I did.

Really good and fairly straight forward. I only had one query which was resolved by the help team very quickly. I’m quite looking forward to completing my next return!

Hi once you get into the system it is easy. I don't really see the point as they are the same figures as we sent direct to the vat man. But hey the law is the law.

I have used GoFile to file my clients' Vat return and I greatly reccommend this software. It is efficient, convenient and easy to use.

Ok , so this review is an amendment to my original posted early May, about the bridging software not being free as per HMRC web searchs.
I have now had my annual fee for VAT submissions in 2022 refunded. Using the Gofile VAT bridging software, once registered and ready with VAT figures it is very easy to use, even the sample CSV file very straightforward and easy.

I've only just started doing VAT returns and picked GoFile from HMRC list of VAT filing agents. Despite no previous experience I have now successfully filed two VAT returns. Simple to use and reasonable cost.

I was experiencing problems with another software provider and was nearing my submission deadline. I found the solution with GoFile and it works perfectly.
