Emily’s presentation of an Iceland tour was exemplary. Although we can’t seem to get our act together to go on that tour right now, I will definitely reach out to her again when the timing is better. She is absolutely fantastic, clear, flexible -because she came up with several different types of tours that modified what we thought we wanted the first and second time and followed up. I had such a great experience booking with Kevin. He was very communicative the whole time and answered the many questions I had. He also make sure to update the itinerary based on what I wanted. This is my first time going to Iceland and I’m so excited I booked with him. It was definitely more affordable than other options I looked for and he was very flexible to make sure my boyfriend and I got everything we wanted in this trip.

Adam was so helpful in adjusting to our needs and especially not being too overbearing when we wanted something different, and he made it work with whatever we wanted so it was tailored to us! He was awesome!

AOIFE is amazing. She is so patient. I am a senior citizen and I have never planned any kind of-trip outside my own state let alone outside the US in my life. Needless to say I was very nervous about the whole thing.I am taking two of my adult daughters to Iceland and want everything to go as smoothly as possible.
Despite the fact that I ran into some issues with booking (holiday weekend banks closed till Tuesday, etc.) she never lost patience with me.
She keeps in touch, and responds in a timely fashion .
