They scammed me be aware! I bought tickets and they sent me different tickets. I asked for a refund and they didn’t refund me or give me the correct ticket.

Good experience. Made a booking but saw a better deal so I contacted via what’s app. Communication with representative was excellent and issue dealt with promptly. No problem entering the parks. Excellent service

I was really on edge to get these tickets because I had to get them for 10 people for yas waterworld. However, everything went smoothly I received tickets around 30 mins after my order was confirmed, coustmer service on WhatsApp helped ease my doubts. I would definitely use this service again!

I booked universal studios singapore through bookingmaze.com, i believe they are same parent company with going2dubai as i complained by email and replied by a guy from going2dubai.

Actually I booked 48hrs before ticket due date. Well, i just felt okay when they sent me 2 times ticket attachment with QR code which i believe this is the ticket. Upon entering the park this qr code is not accepted and rejected by the gate officer. Long short story i finally got concern number to complain about. But the guys was insisted this is the correct ticket and I spent 1hrs 45mins waiting with convincing words “just wait for few minutes, im almost get access” several times. Finally i decided to buy new ticket on spot due to my kid cant compromise anymore, and right after I entered the park about 1hrs they sent the correct ticket which is useless.

I lost around 200Dhs for nothing and stressful situation.
