Overall I would say 5
Overall I would say 5, although a 4 would also befitting. The actual prices and quality of the gold was great, but as this was my first time purchase they needed bank statements which is fine. However, they weren't updating me until 4 days later, that I missed some statements etc. Their webchat with human advisors is really good, and that is what made me givd 5 starts, everyone who I spoke was really helpful and kind. And the delivery was great too, came at around 10am the next day after dispatch.

I bought a mixed dates half sovereign. I was sent a new 2026 one. I knew the gamble but was hoping for an older coin. I could have purchased a 2026 one cheaper from elsewhere! Wasn’t worth it.
