Friendly, honest, payout is immediate

I purchased gold coins from Gold Capital based on the reassurance that they would always be willing to buy them back whenever I chose to sell. This promise was a key factor in my decision, as it gave me confidence in both the investment and the support behind it.

However, when I later approached them to sell, I was told they were not currently buying back. The only option mentioned was selling at around 98% of the spot price, which felt inconsistent with what had originally been communicated.

Another major concern was the premium I paid. I was encouraged to buy graded coins at a significantly higher price, with the implication that this added value would be recognised later. But when it came time to sell, only spot price was being considered, meaning the premium I paid was effectively lost. This resulted in a substantial financial loss and was very disappointing.

While the buying process was smooth and communication was strong at the start, the experience changed once I needed support. It became difficult to get hold of someone, and responses were slow and unclear.

Overall, I feel let down by the lack of follow-through and transparency. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious, carefully compare prices, and get all buyback terms clearly confirmed in writing before purchasing.
