Experienced knowledgeable staff
The lady who dealt with our enquiry regarding changing our pre arranged funeral arrangements was very helpful and knowledgeable. She has organised the changes and informed me that a new document will arrive within 10 days. Could not ask for a better service. Now we have peace of mind over our arrangement. Thank you.
