J'ai commandé des onces chez eux et j'ai payé 40 eur de transport, pour un envoi dans les 3 jours à Paris. Ils me les ont envoyé à une adresse erronée à Lille! Une erreur de leur part, car je les ai prévenu du changement de l'adresse en 2 reprises.
Pas de réaction par email, pas de numéro de téléphone pour les contacter.
Je leur en envoyé une dizaine d'emais pour signaler leur erreur et leur donner les coordonnées correctes. Pas de réaction. Ils ont rien corrigé. Sachant que j'étais disponible pour une période limitée à Paris (je pars le 19 juillet et tout colis reçu après le 19 retourne chez l'expéditeur), la gestion de mon dossier par eux était catastrophique !
De l'argent perdu et énormément de stress. Ce n'est pas une entreprise de confiance, à fuir!

Voici la troisième fois que je commande chez eux et toujours aussi pleinement satisfait de mes achats. Le site propose un choix assez vaste de produits.
Réactions et réponses très rapide (claires, concises et efficaces) de leur part. L'envoi du colis m'est à chaque fois notifié très rapidement et est expédié via FedEx.
Celui-ci est emballé dans une boîte solide. A l'intérieur, tout est bien protégé (kraft, bulles...).
Je suis également ravi de la qualité et de l'état impeccable des produits, ceux-ci sont emballés individuellement dans des sachets (intéressant pour éviter les frottements dans le transport) et dans des tubes.
Il n'est pas facile de faire confiance pour ce genre de transaction mais ils ont à présent gagné la mienne. Je conseillerai volontiers le site et compte bien réitérer l'expérience incessamment sous peu.

Their customer service is so awful, it is hard to put in words. Their wholes staff should take classes on customer service from companies in India, which should tell you all you need to know!

The real problems start if you have some issues with your order. Be ready to involve a lawyer because otherwise you probably won't see your money and all you will get is some troll-like e-mails from GS.BE basically showing you the middle finger.

Just look for some other precious metal dealers and pay a little bit more for your order. At least you will be treated with respect and your coins will be in good condition unlike the crap GS.BE sells.

I've bought many coins from them over the past couple years. They always sent me exactly what I ordered, in good condition. The packaging is excellent and keeps the coins from getting damaged in transit.
I only had a small issue once, and it wasn't their fault. I bought a pre-order coin (2023 Cook Islands "Bounty") and they later found out the mint wasn't going to ship them any. So they offered me to choose a replacement coin or get a refund.

There is no way we're talking about the same company!? First off, this is the first review I've ever written in my life, and I've received orders daily from dozens, if not hundreds of companies.. After reading some of these reviews, I felt compelled. I began doing business with them in January. In less than a year, I've received 33 orders and not one problem. Actually, one time I did receive a coin that had some toning; however they sent it as a gift, so no biggie.. Chances are, if you name a dealer or distributor, I've done business with them. I'm 10 minutes from the Diamond District in NYC. Why would I purchase from someone a half a world away when I can easily purchase from MTB, BE, among many others? think about that…. From the moment I receive my invoice and pay, my order typically arrives between 3 and 5 days, which is phenomenal. I saw one review that said it took 10 days. I don't know where in New York he lives, must be in the mountains... Their quality is impeccable. Out of hundreds and hundreds of coins and bars, maybe three or four were not as excellent as the others. I've Never received a coin with any significant imperfection. no scratches, no toning, no spotting, no nothing.... Price wise, the majority of their common items are either on par, if not better than most other dealers. However, they always have a significant number of items that are priced incredibly low, almost too good to be true…. I've enjoyed reading these messages, especially the responses. Btw If you're someone complaining because the $25 coin you ordered has a small scratch on the capsule, then you deserve a nasty response, and a slap! As for Christina, I've had several orders held up at customs due to ignorance. After notifying her, each one was released within a day or two. (thank you by the way). Actually I do have one complaint. Easy with all the tape and packing material, it always takes me a half hour to open the box……Btw, this is the best one, (No transaction but a 1 star ...

Commande effectué le vendredi 13 octobre et livrée le mercredi 18, la communication était parfaite, l'emballage impeccable et la livraison aussi! Je re-commanderai car tout s'est bien passé de plus, ils ont des prix extrêmement compétitifs (surtout sur l'argent)! Ils ont probablement des marges très faibles qu'ils compensent sûrement par beaucoup de volume et une petite structure pour limiter leurs coûts, personnellement je comprends qu'ils n'aiment pas passer du temps à répondre à des mails, ils n'ont probablement pas le temps !
Je les remercie pour ma commande et l'aide reçue pour changer mon numéro de téléphone et je les encourage à persévérer malgré les critiques !

Voilà un moment que je souhaitais commander sur ce site, je viens de le faire. Sans délai d'attente pour le règlement, j'ai reçu ma commande en 3 jours alors que celle ci en partance de Belgique pour la région parisienne. Impressionnant. L'emballage est plus que soigné, discret, très très protégé.
Le site donne accès à une multitude de pièce or argent qui souvent sont en rupture en France ou revendu avec prix envolé. J'aime le choix et les tarifs pratiqués, car plus compétitifs que d'autres bons revendeurs professionnels. Je recommanderai sans hésiter, le suivi de la commande est précise. Bravo!

I have placed many orders with this "business" - and I use the term loosely.
When orders go well they are fine. But if something goes wrong they are not interested. I purchased several items, including a silver coin that was BU condition. I'm a collector, I know what BU means. The particular coin was part of series and all the other coins arrived in great mirror finish condition (from a different supplier). This particular coin was scratched to pieces. It looked like the staff had kicked it across the floor. They told me it was the Mint's fault and then went on to write libelous comments, naming mints who they thought produced poor quality products, manipulated prices, and were sheeting (I think they meant cheating!) Libel lawsuit anyone??
They weren't interested and were downright rude in their emails to me. My final email finished with the question "are you going to help me?" to which they responded with a single word "no!"
It actually made me laugh out loud!
I have never written a review before, but this experience deserved one in my opinion.
If you want a good laugh and can afford to lose money, then shop here. If you want good quality products and good customer service, then shop elsewhere, in fact shop anywhere else!!
Make sure you speak to P*** or D****, they are quite the characters! I do hope they're related, it would be such a shame if they weren't!
Edit! I have just been told that I'm a donkey and I should shop on Ebay as that is where I belong!! lol!

See how they avoided my suggestion that they clearly mishandled the coin in order for it to arrive in such shocking condition. I know what a proof coin is, what a BU coin is, I also know what mint marks are....and believe me these scratches weren't that!and

I note they totally ignored my proof about being rude and offensive....that speaks volumes.
They basically told me repeat private collectors like me who only order a few things at a time were not worth their time and they only want your business if you order several thousand pounds worth of goods every time you shop.
I'll still take my small amounts of hard earned cash elsewhere, thanks all the same.....I may be a donkey but I'm not an ass!

Pre order gedaan van niue note bars 2022. Eerste uit de reeks, specifiek op gezocht.
Bestelling vertraagd zonder notificatie. Allè, zeker niet rampzalig. Maar hierna uiteindelijk bestelling binnen gekregen alleen niet het juiste. Ik heb nu de 2023 niue notebars.
Bedrijf wil totaal niet meedenken met een gepaste oplossing. Komt alleen met: u kunt het retourneren en krijgt u geld wat u ervoor betaald heeft terug. Dat is inmiddels 3 maanden geleden. Prijs van het product is toch behoorlijk hoger dan toen.
Ik had nog gevraagd: mocht u toch aan de 2022 kunnen komen. Wil ik die alsnog kopen voor een schappelijke aangepaste prijs. Ivm. De fout vanuit hun kant.

Nope, product is uitverkocht krijg ik te horen. En dag hoor.

Nog nooit zon slechte klantenservice meegemaakt. Dan betaal ik liever meer om dan bij fouten correct behandeld te worden!
