Spoke to golf bays on Monday morning for a new screen for my simbox, guy on phone was super helpful and new the anytime every question I asked.
Gave me full details on all there screens,
Tuesday lunch time the new pro screen arrived and it was better than expected, the quality was fantastic and better than anything av seen in a sim set up. Well worth the money.

Super clear guidance on the products available and what would work for me and my budget.

Ordered an SPG-7 net which unfortunately wasn’t in stock. After a slight delay was contacted by phone to explain the situation. Resolved very quickly and ended up purchasing another product to which discount was applied as an offer of good will. The company couldn’t do enough for me to sort it all out. Would definitely buy from golf bays again. Super to deal with and great customer service!

From the very beginning of the process, GolfBays service was top notch! And any questions I’ve had they were there to answer them. As for the enclosure itself…the quality is great, the impact screen is durable, and the image from my projector is clear. The ball just falls to the ground instead of flying back at me and my wife tells me the sound is very minimal! I’ve been teaching golf for 16yrs and have used a bunch of at home hitting options. All around to say im impressed with GolfBays is an understatement! The best enclosure I’ve used; HANDS DOWN.

QUICK AND EASY, I NEED 2 MORE BUT WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU DO A BETTER QUALITY SCREEN

The only issue we are having is that some beginner players are hitting the lower portion of the screen where the Velcro straps are attached. As a result, the fibric is tearing along the seam in these areas.
If it is possible provide extra padding along the bottom portion of the screen at least 6 inches above the top of the attachment point. This would increase impact protection for the bottom of the screen.
I know, pro's don't worry about this; however, the majority of the guys here are not at that level.

Other than that, it has been great!!

Guys easy to deal with, offered advice on what I needed for my golf studio, and when delivered it was pretty easy to assemble and power up.
