This is the worst golf company buy far I would never buy anything from them ever again I placed an order of golf balls a month ago now and they still haven’t turned up no one gets back to my emails they are useless stay away from these

Ordered a golf bag 10 days ago, still has not arrived and the company have ignored 3 emails to chase. The tracking status still says order prepared (since 2 days after order) so it hasn't even been shipped and I believe they aren't even UK based. AVOID!!!

The service is terrible. I paid for£17.95 for next day delivery 5 days have passed and I am yet to receive the item. They confirmed today that I will receive the shaft tomorrow but they haven’t even sent it (see DHL tracking message below). This is a very dishonest company dealing with high cost items avoid
Your shipment is currently not in our network as it has not yet been handed over to DHL. At this stage, only the shipping label has been created.

Great price for a club that works as well as any for me at my low swing speed. Arrived on time.
Free delivery not quite as advertised
I ordered balls 7 days ago now and they still have not arrived and the tracking tool indicates that the balls have been prepared and still have some steps to go. The free option is 6-7 days on the shopping page.
What was more puzzling is that I received a mail 2 days after purchase saying good news your item has been shipped. Showing that the order had progressed through three stages. The tracking tool as of today does not agree. Still waiting.

The clubs are great thank you . I was a little worries about purchasing as there aren't many pic of the club heads or shaft. But they are great and so is the bag. You could easily pay twice the price for left handed and +1 inch longer. On reading the reviews I was quite worries but as new clubs lefties plus +1 are like hens teath. I touch a chance. I placed order and paid...then nothingness several hours. Which was slightly unnerving. Then an email confirmation came through. I couldn't find any specific details re delivery time scales either .. Just in stock and ready for delivery? So waited a week then quite stressed as the orginal email still showed no information re tracking etc. So I dropped a quick email and order number asking re clubs. I got a response almost immediately. Stating the clubs had cleared customs! Then I recieved up dates from royal mail and clubs delivered 48hrs later. Absolutely brilliant . My son is just under 6ft 4 and the extra inch makes a difference. It would have cost more and took longer to have a second hand set of lefties re shafted . So great service all in all and thank you

Was going to give one star but I didnt think that was fair to them so here is my reasoning behind the three stars. For delivery ONE star because they advertised as stock and took over 3 weeks so very poor. But I would say on price massive FIVE stars as far better than anyone else. So in short if you are not in a rush and want a good price 100% these boys are the ones to go too. Think thats a fair review based on my order experience and I would use them again👍🏻
Zero customer services
Item my ordered never arrived. At first they kept replying to my email saying it will turn up after a month. It still hasn’t turned up and they do not respond to your emails anymore. I’ve asked for a refund and they are just ignoring any emails. This is the worst customer services I’ve ever seen please just avoid this company.

Should've read the reviews... Ordered 2 shafts, ferrules and grip tape at the end of December 2025 and still haven't received them a month later...
The tracking didn't update for 2 weeks, and now it hasn't updated since the 15th Jan.
Emailed them to see if they know where they are, they have no clue. It seems my package has been lost and they aren't claiming any responsibility nor are they offering any solution. All they say is it'll be there at the end of the week, that was 2 weeks ago...
Going to try and get a refund as this isn't acceptable as the package has clearly been lost.

9Nordica golf are hands down,the worst online retailer.I Do not spend your money on these scammers.I Made an order of a golf club,delivery is soooo slow that I enquired,and I did recieve a reply.I was told they are sorry,but my golf club is in mainland europe ! Ok,that cancels it down.Compared to other places I have ordered from,this is no good.
Save your money.It may even be a scammer for all I know.
A month later,I recieved my golf club from nordica golf..a month.
The head cover that I had ordered was not in the box.
I waited a month for an incomplete order.

Seit Juli warte ich auf meinen Schaft. 10plus Emails schon versand und weder Schaft noch Geld bekommen, dafür aber Ärger bis Meppen.
Awful / Avoid / Not based in the UK
They are not based in the UK - they are in Sweden, despite their website implying otherwise. Communication is terrible, and delivery took 2 weeks. Save yourself the hassle, and order from a company actually based in the UK or shop local - lesson learned for me! I only bought from them as my Husband sent me the link, he also wasn't aware they were based in Sweden!

I also should have read the reviews before ordering. 11 days in and although I chose a Shaft in stock it still shows as documents raised. I've chased numerous times and just get fobbed off saying the delivery people are poor updating the tracking..
They are only good value if they can provide the service?

Took 2 weeks to deliver, which i fully accept given Hertfordshire ( UK ) address.
Nordika stocked exactly what i was looking for, at a very good price and delivered in a reasonable period.
I would no hesitation in recommending them.

Goods good but very slow delivery
Ordered A Ping BunkR club as the pricing was very good and it showed as not being on back order.
Took 1 month to arrive. Must say I was starting to think it was a scam as the tracking site just said delayed.
Anyway it finally arrived and seems good.
So my advice is that it seems ok as long as you’re prepared to wait

Product from this company is absolutely fine, however the delivery service is quite stunningly slow. Took two weeks for item to arrive and not sure it ever would have if I hadn't chased. They did update me after chasing (48 hours later). Would not use again or recommend.

Company is fraudulent. be aware. if it was a stock issue it would be simple enough to reply to an email or answer the phone. unable to cancel order also. stay away.
