I can also confirm that Alex was waiting at my desk this morning to make absolutely certain your recommendation that he receives a raise had been seen by the appropriate people! He clearly considers this particular piece of customer feedback far too important to risk getting lost in the system. 😄

Staying in regular contact, responding quickly to every question, resolving your accommodation concerns and, importantly, using his knowledge of the golf courses to help influence the right choices for your group are exactly what great service should look like.
