EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCTS.

EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS.

A great range of products & a service that is ‘second to none’. Very helpful & obviously value their business & Customers too. Good to know there are people behind the scenes who know their stuff & acknowledge the importance of reputation.

We purchased a Domestic Pro Practice Bay from GSS. After a not so great experience with a different company, I just wanted to buy from a company that I could trust. Luckily I found Golf Swing Systems! The staff were so friendly and helpful and, when I explained that the item was for my son’s birthday, they made a note on the order to make sure that it arrived on time, which it did! The website suggests around 4 hours to assemble and we found this to be a good guide. It is definitely easier for two people to build the frame but lots of aspects of the assembly can be done by one person. It’s now up and ready to be used and we have one very happy son! We will definitely use GSS again. Thank you!

Just wanted to say amazing service and great price!

In February this year being a keen golfer & unable to play owing to lockdown, I bought a practice net from Golf Swing Systems. They delivered on time and the net and frame were easy to put together. In June I noticed a small hole in the net and sent an e mail with a photo of the damage. Within three days I got a reply saying a new net would be with me in a few days. It arrived today. I really have never experienced such excellent customer service before. It is exemplary and I am so glad that I bought the product from such a reputable company. Would certainly highly recommend this company to any golfer.

Amazing service, had an item delivered damaged which is very easily done with the couriers. The team sorted it straight away and have been really good to deal with. I will certainly be using them again

Very professional company with great service. Communication before buying a skytak launch monitor, the homecourse retractable screen and fiberbuilt hitting mat was quick and very knowledgeable.
I will defiantly use again for my golf needs and advise all to use if your looking for a golf simulator system.

Great products and services offered by GSS. Spoke with Steve about my setup and we went through options. He offered suggestions and advice that I found very useful and hadn’t even considered. I ordered the popular Skytrak system and Steve managed to source me one and send it out for delivery the very next day. The unit is faultless, even in the sun, and I just wish the same could be said for my swing. Steve is more than happy to receive any after sales queries too. Highly recommended.

Dealt with Steve Joy and he lived up to his name. Good service and helped me with any problems.
Happy to recommend

I ordered the Tunnel Golf Supernet as we entered lockdown, I knew they had none in stock, but from the outset, my contact was a lady called Tracey who was brilliant, very honest and always kept me updated. The communication was spot on and the net arrived when promised.
There was a problem with the netting that was sent out, so I contacted Tracey again and she was unbelievably efficient and helpful. The response came literally within minutes and knowing it was now being dealt with was very reassuring. Within a week we had a replacement net and all thanks to Tracey's excellent customer service and efficiency.
I would not hesitate to use Golf Swing Systems again and could not recommend them highly enough.

Had a new simulator installed by them. Excellent advice and great service. Very helpful team.

Got a second net for my golf- mad son Max. First one had survived 3 years and lots of use. Second one quickly developed tears along a seam. Clearly a manufacturing fault. Swing Systems replaced it immediately - efficient, friendly, no fuss. Will always come back here for nets etc

A pleasure to deal with. Haydn has been prompt in replying to any queries I have had and has done all he can to get me my items as quick as possible. I will be coming back when I need anything else they can offer me

I can’t recommend or praise all involved at Swing golf Systems highly enough.
Amazing help, advice and service.
Product came promptly and in great condition.
Thank you all so very much

Bought an ES12 launch monitor. When it arrived the kickstand was missing (probably through no fault of Golf Swing Systems). I rang up and they could not have been more helpful. The defective unit was collected from my home and a replacement delivered at the same time. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

JUST OFF THE PHONE WITH STEVE JOY,OF "GOLF SWING SYTEMS", AND HIS SUPPORT AND KNOWLEDGE AND BACK UP WAS INDEED A "JOY" TO BEHOLD! TO NOW KNOW THAT MANY YEARS AFTER THE PURCHASE, THAT I WOULD GET THIS LEVEL OF HELP & SUPPORT, THANK YOU STEVE, JOHNNY YOUNG PGA IRELAND

Excellent company to deal with prompt customer service all staff extremeĺy helpful

Thoroughly recommend! I’ve used the company twice once for a golf net, screen and then for a training aid. Really helpful with advice and great customer service.

Found them incredibly helpful when discussing what I wanted.
Even to the point of making a slight modification to the net I wanted to purchase to suit my space.
Impressive customer service.
Highly recommend.

Great service from the company and especially good communication from Tracy to iron out a very minor problem with the couriers. All-in-all, excellent!
