Folding glasses case - does what it should
Ordered a glasses case which folds flat when not in use. It's good quality, quite heavy for something that' intended for carrying around (at least that's what I wanted it for), and fits my sunglasses as intended. I was about to return it because I struggled initially to make the glasses fit - it appeared the case wasn't sufficiently deep to accommodate a folded pair of glasses. I tried it one last time - and it worked! So keeping them!!

Goodlookers are generally great & I have had many items from them. However, recently the colour of a pair I ordered looked nothing like the colour on their website. I complained & returned them for an alternative which was very good. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

The glasses feel very cheap and also look it. I know they are not expensive but I was hoping for something I could happily use. The lens is not the same throughout and areas appeared blurry. Going to the bottom of the drawer.

We're sorry to hear that your glasses haven't reached you. As we hadn't received any previous contact from you about your order, we weren't aware that there had been an issue with the delivery.
We've tracked your order and can confirm that it was placed on 14 June, dispatched on 15 June, and according to Royal Mail's tracking, it was delivered to the address provided on Tuesday, 16 June 2026 at 9:50am by St Albans Delivery Office.
Of course, we're happy to investigate this further. Please contact us via email info@goodlookers.co.uk and we'll look into this and try our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
