I purchased a bluetooth chirp some months ago, every time the A24 goes off off it sprung off its black screw cap, it did this numerous times.

So I placed the old screw cap on and stored the bluetooth chirp, no trouble since.

Having said that.. I have found Goodnature to be efficient and prompt.

The A24 with trap stand is the best rat killer ever! Works perfectly, resets it'self and records valuable data offering you patterns these pests live by and how to use that information to your advantage. I've recommended this over and over to friends in plague and those that have one agree with me that it's the ultimate rat killer. I'm thinking of getting another for near my vegetable patch. Best purchase ever says my partner and they hate rats and dealing with traps but they love the Good nature A24, especially when their raptors come for a free feed and clean up the dead bodies!

Ease of process when ordering, customer helpline was very helpfull and informative when more information was required. Many resources available on the website if i were to get stuck post purchase. Only negative feedback is shipping should be free when spending in excess of $200.

The product came very quickly. The instructions were easy to understand and the tutorials were very informative. When we found the right spot to put the trap it was very effective but you have to understand that the key is finding the right spot which is also made clear through the instructions.

I have placed this everywhere. I have video of the mouse/ rat just avoiding it. Never goes near it despite lure.

Really think that the stand should be part of the package and one set of refills should also be included

Product is useless. I have a severe mouse infestation. I have placed the trap where I can see them feeding & I have caught 4 over a few months. A normal trap in the same spot I can empty 4-5 times a day.

Bluetooth / phone connection doesn't work , fired two times spontainessly, the food container leaks, we have rates and it didn't get any.. A lot of money spent and naturally it needs more money to spend on it..

Received trap quickly and was fairly easy to set up, however I am still yet to catch anything in it, where other cheap traps are catching mice daily.

Good product if you can't check the trap, but expensive.

The chirp is not working at all I’ve tryed resetting it takeoff battery out. I’ve had 3 kills so far and not registered/Bluetooth to my phone at all . At first set up it worked and now nothing lights come on just doesn’t sync!

I find the product great. I don't have many rodents in my yard but once I found the rodent pathway I got 'em. The rating is because the support for the app installation has let you down. I did not appreciate the painful slow process when I asked a question it took a day or two to answer. I had multiple questions because I was not getting help. After a couple of painful weeks I gave up and had to work it out myself.

I've had this device for over a month now and I placed it where the baits were eaten fastest.
It's killed a skink so far and not a single rat. The rats ate the nut prefeed around the trap each night but venture no closer to the trigger. I've stopped prefeeding but no change in results.
I've yet to swap the chocolate bait supplied to the nut one as this may be the problem but I worry that will just be more money wasted.

I set up the trap on the stand and left it 3 weeks with no success. During this time we observed a family of 4 rats at dusk. I removed the stand and set up the trap attached to a wood pole in my woodshed. After 2 months zero rats have been trapped. I am starting to think your site is a sophisticated scam.

The trap seems to operate perfectly well, but our rat despite chewing the test tab when at the location wasn't going near he trap. It knows there is danger. It dances around it smelling the lure, but darts away again. Its a clever one. Complete waste of money on our smarty pants rats .

We have a lot of videos of it dancing around the trap thinking about it but deciding not to.

The traps don't work. Sorry, not trying to be a jerk. I am yet to dispatch any rats. Very surprising given the amount of obvious activity.

Effective killing machine
I like the unit, it's a smart way to kill rodents and is quick and efficient.
The only thing that lets it down is the app which simply doesn't work. I connected it once when I first put it together and it has not done a sync since. Not a big deal since the trap is easy for me to go and check but I do like my tech which is why I left off a star.
The only other thing is that the bait tends to dribble down the chute and onto the ground, not sure if this is by design. Still, it draws in the rats/mice so I don't care.

Works well if you follow instructions to entice the mice. It was a bit slow but once it gets going is effective and best of all, safe for the predators who feed on these introduced mice/rats.
