The concept is wonderful but my Aussie rats and mice are not keen on NZ lures
...only had minimal success and only if I put peanut butter in it. A disappointing and expensive trap. I still love the concept though.

Always very easy to deal with. We have 6 A24's and they keep killing mice and rats.

Noticed I had some rats moving into the shed, recall seeing a few you tube videos of the A24 in action and thought why not give it a go.
Purchased online delivery was inside of 3 days set up is simple and the trap delivered the goods straight away!
3 rats down in 4 nights. Couldn’t be happier with the trap and after sales support. Will be buying a second trap real soon

app stopped working with the product. I phoned and spoke to someone who never fixed it and never called me back.

Easy to order, good delivery time too. My last order is the consumables for a product I bought some time ago. It reassuring to know this company is trading and hopefully doing well.

Quick delivery, easy installation instructions. All round great service.

Your rat trap doesn’t work, I have had it for over a month and caught nothing.
Tried different bait still didn’t work.
Set a camera up to see what is going on, rats sniff around the trap but not interested in sticking there head in the trap.
Wasted $200.

Delivery of products was fast. Products were as described. Service was great. My biggest disappointments were in the performance of the product. It did not strike atleast once! For the price point $250, it was one expensive product that didn't catch one mice! The simple black mouse traps that was purchases from the supermarkets caught more mouses!! Furthermore, you have to buy the gas bottle after about approx. 3 mths, for it to continue to work. So my recommendation would be not to waste your time and money. There are much more effective products and cheaper out in the market, buy them instead!

Doesn’t work. Do not buy this product. It does not kill rats.

Bought your A24 and was not 100% confident after spending $100's on solutions to date.

Installed yesterday and what can I say - BRILLIANT

I have not had time to empty tray as it keeps getting rodents -- 2 now with a 3rd hovering (watching on my "roof rodent cam" surveillance system)

3 days later and rodent problem resolved with no issues reported for 5 days now.

Good product and have caught a good number of rodents.
The app the way it always needs to be connected and doesn't seem to update well needs work.

This product did not catch a single rat. We have it installed properly and have checked that it is firing. It’s been a few months and no success.

Great humane product, I feel comfortable knowing my dogs are not at risk of taking a bait anymore.

I have two of your traps (no chirp only a counter) here in Perth Western Australia, so far they have accounted for 6 rats from my back yard. (Great)
My concern is that the traps now cost 199.00AUD plus shipping!!
When I recommend the traps to people over here in Perth they are put off by the price.
Can you please make a cheaper version for budget conscious house holds over here in Aust and around the world.
Most people over here don’t give a rats a*se about the bluetooth chirp, they just require a trap that works at a reasonable price.
Other than that these are great traps.

Really disappointed that the app requires location functionality at all times, and tracks my location. This is unnecessary and not ideal from a privacy perspective. I also seem to get notifications for irrelevant things in the app, and don’t seem to get notifications for trap operations. Pretty disappointed.

The product is not as good as it claims. I have had the trap for over three months, it killed a mouse while my shed is full of mouse and rats. Purchased a $35 trap on eBay and killed three rats within a week. Goodnature trap is bot worth the money.

Excellent product. We have had a quite a few kills already so we know it works well. Thank you.
