Great start to a fantastic weekend in London
We were down in London last weekend and decided to get tickets for the West Ham v Wrexham game. I contacted Go Official via WhatsApp and was given all the relevant information. We bought 2 tickets a couple of weeks before the game, on the Tuesday before the game I received an email saying we had been upgraded to Executive (Drink in the lounge before the game, program and team sheet, drink at half time and the option to go back in after the game, which we didn’t do).
The whole night was fantastic, the upgrade made it that bit better. Great result for West Ham too (6-0).
Would definitely recommend, and will definitely look to attend another game through Go Official in the future

We’re really pleased you enjoyed the lounge before the game, programme and team sheet, plus the half-time drink and the option to return to the lounge after the final whistle. And what a result to go with it — 6–0! ⚒️
Really appreciate the recommendation, and we’d love to welcome you back for another West Ham game in the future!

Really enjoyed the experience
Really enjoyed the experience, was better than I expected! Our only observation was when we first walked in we were given a wristband and then left to get on with it until we asked about food etc. Would have been nice to have had an explanation as we entered. Staff were all polite and food was great. Would be happy to do it again especially as we now know what to do!
