Beautiful trainers, well worth the price. It’s great to have trainers that not only look amazing but I know are going to last. Service was second to none with constant updates about what was happening with my shoes, they’re made to order but well worth the wait

Shoes are made well and shipping was pretty fast considering it’s international, I initially got the wrong color soles and because I’m a truck driver I didn’t find out until I got home a month later…they were super friendly and helped me process the return and sent me the correct pair a few months later

I ordered Green Horween shoes in early November so they would arrive as a Christmas present. They showed up just in time but the color was so far off from what was advertised that I was sure they were black. Only in extremely bright fluorescent light could I see that there was any green pigment in the leather at all. I returned the shoes bc they were not a color that I would ever wear, and I had to pay $50 to ship them back to the UK. They’re beautifully made shoes and I would have been thrilled to keep/wear them if they were the correct color.

The shoes were of the most amazing quality. Like so much I bought Another pair.

Had to send back 2 pairs ...1st pair the blood core leather was wearing in weird..send pics and you took them back no problem. Still haven't hurd anything about them. The 2nd pair wouldn't fit...like not at all..I had to pay that shipping

These are my favorite shoes. I've tried many hi end sneakers and I like these the best. I'll buy more for sure.

Objectively, their shoes are great quality with premium materials. However, not sure they are the best fit for my feet. 2 pairs in and I find the fit either too tight or too loose (got a pair in size 45.5 and a different pair in 46). Probably won't get another pair.

First, the boots are perfect. Very high quality, zero complaints.
The company has some growing pains I think, communication was lacking, they passed the ship date, when I contacted them "we had to rebuilt", which I suspect meant they'd forgotten them but who knows.
Regardless though the custom boots took about the time I'd originally expected, and I'd deal with Goral again even knowing the delay, it's not atypical in custom footwear.

Amazing quality, well worth the time. I have a few pairs of Goral shoes at this point and they are phenomenal. I love how easy they are to wear, and how sturdy and reliable they feel.

Great communication from the company when I had a sizing issue that was my fault.

I really enjoyed the production emails I got that not only told me what stage my footwear was in as it was being constructed but even had pictures of the people working on it in the various stages I thought that was a an interesting touch.

Footwear was high quality and it was just a really great experience overall I would definitely do business with this company again.

The quick response to all of my question through email and not to mention the goral smugs blood core shoe! It was worth the wait!

I bought a mystery box for my wife's birthday. She got a pair of the Rose Anvil Sock Eater SMUGS. She plans on decorating them. I'm just happy that she now has a pair of shoes that she can wear for many years.

Sent back 2 pairs of shoes over 3 weeks ago as they didn't fit and still waiting for a refund even tho I have chased them

An impressive shoe company that make all of their shoe products inhouse, handcrafted by skilled craftsmen in England. It's blatantly obvious upon picking up the shoes for the first time that the build quality is extremely robust and well constructed. Goral typically release classical timeless designs but ocassionally they mix it up with collabs and experimental projects. This produces some very interesting shoes, sometimes in limited batches. Well worth keeping tabs on.

Their customer service team, although small, has a lot of heart and are working at a time where the company is seeing high demand due to the new blood core leather released last year. I have spoken to both Ilyana and Julia and they've both helped me with any queries or issues I've had.

This company and their shoes deserve far more recognition than they are getting. I wish them all the best with their future endeavours. You've got a customer for life, Goral.

I recently purchased the Mellor ll Charles F. Stead Spitfire leather sneakers black sole from Goral Shoes, and I am extremely pleased. The craftsmanship and quality of the leather are exceptional, making the sneakers both stylish and durable. They are comfortable to wear and easily elevate any casual outfit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality footwear!
I gambled with the magic box segment and got a suede shoe. I must say, the suede was a low for me. The heel is too high and the suede doesn't qualify as what would come out from a reputable setup like Goral. It also took a long while to get delivery of the Spitfire sneakers from Goral Shoes, - made an order 30th June, dispatched 5th sept and delivered 9th Sept. Imagine 2month and...
In all, I would say the Mellor ll Charles F stead spitfire leather sneakers made the day for me.

I ordered a mystery box, and got a lovely pair of black suede sneakers with white soles. They're beautiful really. I'm still breaking them in, just wearing them round the house. I can safely say the last thing I expected or wanted was suede shoes, but the mystery box really is pretty random, and you cas get shoes that are not on the website, trials etc. I've gone and gotten all the brushes, cleaning shamooo and waterproofing sprays. I hope I can keep them in good condition in Irish weather. I really want to go a more sustainable route, resoling and repairing my shoes rather than throwing away otherwise good pairs because they soles are worn. I think I'll be back again for Smugs, Chelsea boots or some other model. And probably antiehr mystery box at some stage, funds permitting. The quality really is top notch, and they are lovely shoes.

Shoes are great. Can’t fault them. Took a bit longer than 30 days though but kept in the loop. Wearing them all the time now.

The wait was long but worth it. Absolutely love my Mellor II sneakers. The leather is luxurious, the fit was true to size.
