Customer service was great and the boots are fantastic!

Kept me informed along the way with lots of updates on the status and progress on my pair of shoes.

Always superb customer care, very communicative, very helpful. Visited the factory before and staff all very friendly, even spoke to the boss and his family. While it took some time for the shoes to be made, it was completely worth the wait. What I received is a pair of the the best-looking hightops I've owned, that are for more comfortable and better made than anything else I've worn before.

As someone that needs wide toe boxes in shoes, the EE last fits great for me. It didn't take very long for the leather to break in and after a few weeks of near daily wear, they are easily my most comfortable pair of shoes. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again, but fortunately I won't have to for a good long while since they can be resoled. Thank you to the team at Goral for making such awesome shoes.

A better than expected trainer. Always a worry when ordering online.

This is my third pair of Goral shoes. Unfortunately, this pair was smaller length wise and smaller width wise. I have flat fleet so it is a challenge to find shoes that fit across the board. The quality of Goral is second to none and I will continue to buy Goral even if I have to use my shoe expanders to make them a bit more roomy.

They are a great company with fantastic shoes, fair prices and outstanding customer service. They are very easy to work with and they have happily answered any questions I have sent them. My only small complaint is I wish they would have pictures of the shoes with all the sole options, this would greatly help when trying to pick what would look good together. I have asked them about this and they have told me they are or will be working on this.

I had questions which they answered. I asked about an update on my delivery and they responded. Shoes are great.

Without doubt the comfiest and best quality trainers I’ve ever had on my feet. Such great quality and fit perfect. Great customer service and even showed me around the factory. The leather is another level, looks and smells absolute top top quality! Love em!

I waited for my Goral Sharman boots in Brown Chromexel in size 11 uk wide fit, for 2 months and they were worth the wait. They are high quality in all areas, leather, build, sole, comfort etc. I found the fit snug and a little short but not tight. The leather is flexible so will get more comfy with wear. I would have gone up a half size if they had been available. Once complete, the delivery was very quick.

The leather quality is exceptional and the comfort level is excellent right off the bat. It was worth the wait.

I had no issues with the service level of the waiting time as I was in no hurry and also understood this was a build to order process.

Comparatively, these shoes are more voluminous in their uppers than my other leather sneakers and the break-in comfort is much better, given a more cushioned insole.

The Goral Mellor shoes are extremely well made. I especially like the raised counter (quarter) which ensures that the shoes hug your feet. These are a delightful shoe to wear.
