Dopo un mese di mail ignorate ho fatto il reclamo su PayPal.
Hanno fornito il tracking solo dopo la richiesta di rimborso, il pacco era effettivamente in viaggio ma non mi è stato recapitato, il corriere non ha lasciato avvisi di consegna e ha rimandato al mittente.
Ho ottenuto il rimborso, ma assistenza inesistente.

I placed an order as a gift over 3 weeks ago - I received a “shipping confirmation” email with no tracking or courier information. I still have not received my item nor any communication from this company at all. I have tried contacting GotGarms via email and telephone on a number of occasions and have been repeatedly ignored. The claim that they offer “online support 24/7” is a blatant lie. This is evidently a scam company that should not be allowed to take money from customers as there is clearly no intention of ever fulfilling the order. Do not ignore the other negative reviews and waste your money like I did - I am obviously one of numerous people that have been scammed by this company.

Absolutely abhorrent company. Zero communication and I'm still waiting for an order that I made over 2 months ago. "24/7 online support" apparently.

After a lot of hesitation, I decided to order from this website and I was not disappointed. The order arrived a little bit late but it was definitely worth it. My item was of better quality than I expected and the embroidery is impeccable. Thank you Gotgarms and keep up the good work.

Firstly, my first ever order I placed, I LOVED my item!! Quality was amazing, the only regret is that I’d probably size up in the sweatshirt.
I placed a second order with them in November but this time it was custom for my partners Xmas present so I paid via an invoice they emailed to me after communication over Instagram. I still haven’t received this item! I’ve contacted the company via Instagram, Facebook and their contact form on the website but no one has responded or given me an update on my missing item! I’m so disappointed as I had a great experience with them the first time round but they’ve really let me down this time! It’s so frustrating when you know a company isn’t a scam but you can’t get a response out of them and you just want the item you’ve paid for.

Great collection, bought few gifts for Xmas and everyone was delighted.

First of all this company is to be trusted. There are plenty of other companies that do embroidery & have no reviews and are not trustworthy but I can assure you that this company is, as I personally have bought multiple embroidered hoodies (£100+ Worth) and have received every single order. Second - the quality of the clothes they provide is very good and exceeded my expectation (This is just the clothes alone I’m talking about now and my expectations are high). The embroidery however is even better. It is very detailed and it is as shown on the website no detail spared. The customer service I have received was very welcoming and understanding especially when I asked for a design which was not available on a hoodie to be put on a hoodie, they were very understanding and found a solution very quickly. In addition to this I ordered a custom design which I couldn’t find on their website and they were very welcoming in processing that request providing I gave them the essentials they needed to process & make it. The end result was absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for better. So Thank You GotGarms for your services and I look forward to purchasing again in the future.

I ordered a bunch of Anime hoodie for out lille group and I must say GOTGARMS done a fantastic job.
Quality of products and embroidery was amazing and it was exactally how we wanted them.
Will definitely order again

I ordered an anime hoodie and wasn't sure how the quality would be but when it arrived I was soo impressed! Since then I've ordered many more and I would recommend GotGarms for any of you anime lovers out there like myself :P

Nearly a year later and still not had my refund. Difficult to get a response from the company. How can you have someone pay and not refund them their money for items they NEVER received. This was even investigated by the delivery company and still I’ve not had my refund. WORSE company going.

Excellent fast communication and quotes. From conception to receipt they were great and listened to all my design ideas. Great price for a nice comfy hoodie with great quality embroidery. My boyfriend loves it and it's one of a kind. Definitely recommend for custom work
