Worst heart rate monitor on the market
Worst heart rate monitor on the market. Literally 40bpm higher than forerunner, I watch and Samsung. Even cheap Fitbit is more accurate. I can talk clearly in zone 1/2 and my Garmin has my heart rate at 180 vs 125-130 on all other watches I've tested. Good battery, but shiny worthless rock for running.

Zero customer service.
Ordered a three pair of shoes. Got an email that order was on its way, however, shipper didn’t receive it yet. Now three weeks later, same. Tried to call gov.x but no working phone number. Emailed them. 4 days later and no response. Can’t believe no phone number. Poor customer service.

Bait and switch
Well for starters, you posted the wrong price for an item. MAGPUL Hunter X Ruger 10/22 is what I bought. It even had the Hunter X in the pictures. When I got it it was a MAGPUL MOE 10/22 stock. BAIT AND SWITCH. And when I contacted you to send me the correct one, your CSR said just return it. WOW that'll fix the issue. Thanks.

Great experience EXCEPT for one detail.
Great experience EXCEPT dealing with a return. We returned an item and never got any acknowledgement that it had been received or that any credit was issued. I waited weeks and finally dug back through my statement and found the credit. Everything else was great but your return process needs improvement.
