Further on from my complaint this company is now threatening court and only given me 7 days to respond even though we’ve been away for 10 days

Be very careful before using this company i strongly agree with the other warning reviews and which I had taken their advice and never got involved with them.
Even now after I complained they are still more interested in receiving their money than being supportive.
Avoid like the plague

If your business makes over the threshold (£85,000), then you will benefit from this, even though Zeal take more than a third of what you are projected to be paid. If your business does not earn over the threshold, then do not use their "services" at all, because you won't see any benefit for years, perhaps not at all. So to recap, if you are classed as a large business, go for it. Small business of 4 employees or less? Don't bother, because you won't see any benefit for a long time, if at all, and you could end up in debt as a result.

Our Zeal lead person made sure we completely understood the process and the due diligence required. Any questions we posed were answered confidently and competently. Excellent service!!

Dealt with our tax claim very efficiently

We made a claim a few years back with the help of HJR (now Zeal) and were really happy with every aspect of that. Now selling our business, we contacted Zeal just for some advice and got so much more. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, liaising with our accountant and solicitor at no additional charge and turning what could have been difficult into an easy, stress free process. Huge thanks.

Very impressed with how easy it is to deal with this company. From start to finish they were very professional and was quick to respond. The tax I was supposed to pay this year has been wiped out with my capital allowance (though I paid that tax to them plus a bit more for their fees). However. I still have CA credit left so will be saving that in future years. Very happy with my experience.

The experience with Zeal was pain free for my client who was extremely happy with the outcome. The work was efficiently carried out and it took little time.

For me recommending Zeal to handle a Capital Allowamce claim was a great idea as this area of tax work is way beyond my expertise and with such a good outcome for my client I will happily recommend other commercial property owners to follow suit and engage Zeal to deal with their Capital Allowamce claim.

I gave a referral to Zeal 7 days before the 31st January tax return deadline, they contacted the client immediately and upon instruction the survey was carried out next day, the report was then submitted and amended tax returns filed before the 31st January deadline. The client then received a tax refund within 7 days. So i have a very happy and delighted client.

After discussion Zeal took our total tax review along with the capital allowence claim and submitted it to HMRC, making the transaction seamless and straight forward. they were also cheaper than some competitors will use again.

This company does not seem to take no for an answer. Call once, get told no thank you and move on. This daily calling is not endearing, and would not motivate me to do business with you.
