G plan sofa
we had a sofa for 20 years from g plan but the leather was beginning to look tired. After much thought and discussion we decided to renew our G Plan Chloe with the same product but in fabric.Our old sofa was incredibly comfortable and we were reluctant to part with it believing we would never get the same quality again. We were wrong the new sofa is a masterpiece of craftmanship and comfort. Thank you G Plan

Efficient helpful customer service
We've purchased 8 Jackson reclining sofas for our home in UK and Spain. Delighted with the sofa in terms of quality and comfort. Discovered one of the power foot rests was missing a RClip on the retaining spindle. Called Customer Services and spoke to Elena. She couldn't have been more helpful efficient and pleasant and kindly agreed to put the part in the post to us.

Great service from ML Solutions recommended by G Plan
I was having trouble with my G Plan chair so I called G Plan directly and spoke to Tara who was extremely helpful. She gave me the telephone number of a local repairer ML Solutions who were fantastic. I spoke to the gentleman Mark and on the same day he turned up and fixed the chair. I was very impressed with this repairer as he went out of his way to be very helpful and did a great job. Overall a Very Good Customer Service received. Thank you to G Plan for your help and also to ML Solutions for the fantastic repair you did.

G Plan Two Seater Seattle Sofas
Hello, This is the second G Plan suite that I have purchased.
The previous one was as good as new after seven years, I just felt like a change.
The two new sofas are very well made structurally, of a very good design fabric and are very comfortable.
I am currently very pleased with my purchase.

Very disappointed. The arm of the chair became detached the day after the chair was delivered to us.

Please anyone who thinking buying a GPlan sofa please do your homework and look at reviews .We had our sofas for two and half years and today we just brought two new sofas not Gplan as will never buy a sofa from them again . One going to tip and other BHF charity !I disagree about the quality off the sofas they where uncomfortable and material started to look worn that why we ordered new sofas Italian leather .what JM wrote about his experience with G plan nearly the same experience and if you have problems stand your ground

Faulty backrest and different coloured feet
Bought 2 sofas but one had ebony feet and the other mahogany feet. Both were supposed to be ebony.Also one of the sofas was a manual recliner but the reclining backrest on one side kept coming loose from it's fitting due to faulty clip. Not repairable so having to wait for a new backrest to be made

My husband has MS
My husband has MS. We purchased a dual motor Gplan chair from SCS 2 1/2 years ago, which enables him to stand up. The remote control stopped working. I phoned SCS who informed me it was out of warranty and they would need to send out an engineer, which would cost £85 call out charge, which was non refundable. I contacted Gplan, who said the remote control had a 5 year warranty and SCS should be able to send me a new remote foc. When I phoned SCS back, they wouldn't budge, and told me about the call out charge again. I phoned Gplan back, explained the situation, and the young lady had the remote sent out to me. I received it the next day. Excellent service

Spent hours selecting our new sofa but…
Spent hours selecting our new sofa but the one that arrived was hard and uncomfortable and the leather looks cheap. I have contacted the retailer and had a "technician" visit who was totally useless and less than truthful. I am currently taking them to small claims court for a full refund

Hannah at customer services Is amazing
Hannah at customer services Is amazing! I had an issue with my recliner cable on a sofa which I purchased from a national retailer. The national retailer were not help and advised they no longer sell G Plan so nothing to do with them. I contacted G Plan on the off chance could help. Hannah quickly helped and I now have a new part on it's way. Quick, attentive and great at her job. Well done and thank you.

Beautifully Made Furniture!
I have had 2 previous G Plan suites. The last one was 27 years old and still retained its shape, colour and comfort. I didn’t hesitate to buy my third G Plan!
