Friendly and quick. Required for insurance purpose.. Tracker arrived within two days and installation with a week. Engineer phoned 1 hour earlier and finished the installation within 20 minutes

A Total Game Changer for My Motorhome
After struggling for far too long with my old Vodafone tracker, I knew it was time for a change. I could never get hold of Vodafone by phone or email, and even when it did connect, the tracking was unreliable at best. Not ideal when you’re trying to protect a motorhome.
After doing some research, I came across GPS BOB, and honestly, the difference has been night and day.
From my very first email—just a simple question—they replied quickly and clearly. They even gave me a call to talk through my options, which immediately gave me confidence that I was dealing with a company that actually cares about its customers.
The whole process, from initial contact to installation, was fantastic. Everything was explained properly, no jargon, no confusion. The installation was smooth, and the support throughout was spot on.
The tracker itself works brilliantly, and the app is excellent—simple, intuitive, and reliable. Exactly what you want when you’re keeping an eye on something as valuable as a motorhome.
If you’re fed up with poor communication and sketchy tracking, I can’t recommend GPS BOB enough. It’s been a breath of fresh air.

Great experience from start to finish. Gpsbob arranged an earlier installation date for me, the engineer was professional and explained everything clearly, and the follow-up courtesy call was a nice touch. The immobiliser works perfectly and the service was outstanding — highly recommended.

Initial problems with locational accuracy
After initially having issues with positional accuracy and trying different positions on the vehicle the problem was finally resolved by GPSBob by exchanging the tracker, which now seems to be functioning correctly.

Excellent product
Having looked at many similar products I purchased this from GPSBob.
Regarding it's operation and the information that it provides is accurate and easy to use.
I love the fact that is a one time purchase for 5 years with no add-ons, with the option to upgrade in 5 years. Also the backup supplied by the company is second to non.
To-date I have found the operation and information provided by this product very useful.

Excellent service at a competitive price. Very happy with the product and process, and impressed by the customer service I received. Highly recommend. I hope I never need to see how efficient GPSBob is should someone steal my vehicle, but I am confident the tracker and their commitment increase the chance of it being recovered. Today, my tracker was installed to my motorhome.
The chap who did the job was great - arrived on time, made no mess, was quick and efficient and explained everything to me before he left.
From start to finish my experience with GPSBob has been nothing less than fantastic.
