I recently upgraded my GPU and had the old one to sell. Max gave me a very fair price for it and the whole process was completely hassle free. It couldn't have been made easier.
He had processed the payment on it in less than a day.

I recently sold a GPU, SSD and RAM to GPUsed after my son’s recent PC upgrade. I was a tad nervous about it all but I needn’t have worried. Right from the start, Max was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was both responsive and helpful during our emails back and forth. Fast, simple and friendly! Agreed on a price for my graphics card. They sent royal mail to collect the next day. Payment received the following day. No problems at all. A genuine business offering fair and competitive prices. Much less hassle and risk compared to eBay!

Service above and beyond. I didn't expect to receive an email reply over the New Year holiday but I did. All my queries were answered clearly. I ended up purchasing a workstation GPU at an excellent price that arrived quickly and safely. Would definitely buy from GPUsed again in the future.

Awful experience, ordered well before Christmas on Shop(Shopify) with a 48hr delivery option, heard nothing until 29th Dec when Max replied saying they are closed until the new year, then, interestingly also said he had "0 affiliation with Shop" and that the festive closure is displayed in a header on their website, yet, I never once used the website just the online Shopify outlet he does actually use!

I finally got a tracking number on 6th Jan, but only to find the parcel was then delivered 200 miles away. Off went another email query, to which he blamed Royal Mail for delivering to the address he put on the package.

I appreciate things go wrong, but it's how you handle things when it happens, it just seems this guy blames everyone else for his own shortcomings and here we are 13th of Jan and still there's no sign of my GPU ordered nearly a month ago, the offer of a 10% refund for my troubles doesn't quite hit the spot it needs to..

Merry Christmas Max, my son is still short of his Christmas Present!

Update - we got another tracking number, with tracking detailing my actual address as a destination and was happy to finally get the GPU ordered so long ago and fulfil my son's Christmas wishlist, but, in typical GPUsed fashion, the envelope that was delivered contained a USB stick and not a Graphics Card!

Today, I finally have a refund deposited in my bank account!

Fast service and the part ordered arrived in good working condition.

Was a little slow to ship but I did order just after Christmas and still had the gpu within a couple days of starting the new year.

Packaged amazingly compared to other places like ebay or Facebook marketplace, product wasn't damaged, was delivered on time, works perfectly, and if you decide you aren't happy with it, you can get a guaranteed refund within the first 31st days of purchasing it, and their prices are amazing.

Great shop and customer service. I have bought 2 GPUs from there and sold one for spares. Everything was smooth.

I bought an ssd from GPUsed, and I'm very pleased with it. It was shipped promptly and they use the Post Office which I like (so not Evri). The ssd was well packed and arrived in good working order with plenty of remaining life, so I've ordered 3 more.

I ordered a corsair 750w psu from here on the 19th Dec 2025, it finally arrived today 7/1/2026, i paid for 24h shipping, it arrived with nearly all of the 24pin cables cut out, as you can imagine im extremely unhappy, waited nearly 3 weeks for this item so I could finally get my pc up and running and now I can't, absolutely shocking, and apparently all there items are checked? If so how could this be missed when posting it out me, absolute waste of my time and money, i was pushed to use them thinking from all the reviews it'll be ok, well i guess not, won't be using again.

Sold a graphics card for a decentish (not great 🤓) price. Max the owner was excellent to deal with though and I would definitely do business with him again.
