Friendly staff, efficient and professional
Goods arrived when they said they would.

Three friendly fellows turned up this morning in heat wave conditions, with firstly a very steep drive to navigate, then a very heavy piano to install. I did feel quite sorry for them, and apologised profusely, however they did not turn a hair, and swiftly and efficiently installed my precious, brand new piano, without a hitch. Thank you so very much, you lovely fellows.

We found the staff across all levels professional, approachable, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend using the service. Thank you :)

Everything was packed up securely in a minimum,of time. A very successful move!

We recently had some furniture moved from Aice Springs to Perth. The original dates we were quoted were changed (meaning we were minus some furniture for Christmas). When it did arrive, almost every piece was scratched or damaged in some way. The table legs had been removed and one was damaged so severely we had to get a carpenter to fix it.
One of our pictures is still missing. No follow up on anything without having to phone and email repeatedly asking what is being done.

The service is cheap ,negotiable reliable,acceptable and accurate. The staff are friendly and helpful . Follow up done in time .

From the time I walked into the depot in Alice Springs and talked with the staff there I was in heaven they made something seem so easy when I was at wits end.
They made everything happen from begining to end. My experience with Grace was excellent and would do it again if I was to move in the future.

I sent multiple emails and endless calls to both Alice Springs and Melbourne Grace branch in attempt to find out where my stuff was. The phones either rang through, or I got told that someone would call me back.... which they never did. I managed to get a response after a group email was sent with multiple Employees. They let me know that my stuff arrived over a month before that. As you can imagine I was annoyed as I was sleeping on a swag with no furniture for over 2mnths prior when in the end my stuff was just sitting there.

My stuff was FINALLY organised to get delivered. To have the truck be opened and all my stuff THROWN in there. I had my mattress wrapped and taped tightly in a mattress bag which I purchased before the move, and my mattress arrived out of the bag and dirty... My fridge doesnt work, a couple items broken, and a shelf and a rug missing. Also have items that aren't mine and they havent organised a pick up of them for the poor person missing their things.

They said they would open the truck and contact me within 24- 48 hours as this was out of the ordinary. I didn't hear anything from them after about a week, so I sent a follow up email. This is almost two weeks ago now and no ones still contacted me.

Disheartening and a complete waste of money. Hopefully everyone elses experience is lighter. Moving is hard enough!

Good overall experience but quite expensive at $330 ph.
If you are moving in the Alice Springs area ask for Laura Mundy ( in the office) she is very efficient and organised and communicated with us throughout the whole process

Despite the hurdles encountered by the Alice Springs staff in meeting the challenges of COVID 19, the loading team - Josh, Rodd and [NAME] the job was well managed with catchup for time lost by working on the weekend.
Three containers were loaded well with boxes and sundry items well wrapped, secured, treated with care. As advised some of the furniture was of extremely large size and weight and it pushed the limits of the two packers/loaders to lift and move these items.
At this stage, as planned two of the containers have been delivered to Tumby bay with the third to be delivered in about a week. We are in awe of the resilience of the two staff, Jai and [NAME] who worked so hard in the unload. As previously the size and weight was a challenge and is a potential WH&S issue that Grace should in future take to account - particularly when the company has been advised on several occasions.
Breakages are minimal. If there is one criticism is that shelving components of cupboards were not loaded together and this has been problematic in assembly of furniture and cabinets and in the unpacking of goods and chattels.
However, overall we are very satisfied. This is the third move by Grace.

Our Things safely Arrived in Brisbane. Friendly and professional staff. Sometimes When they are busy you really cant contact them but they will reply Via email in 1-2 days. Recommended.
