All good great service considering floods etc.

I had my contents packed and stored by Grace removals last April. They were efficient and everything was delivered last week (February) undamaged except for one item. I was quickly reimbursed for that damage.
The crew were friendly and helpful.

From sales to actual removal, dealing with Grace was a breeze. A shout out to Shane who is the strongest person I know.

The boys from the Bundaberg office Shane and Nick did a superb job unloading our two shipping containers of all our household effects. I was instantly put at ease when on arrival they said, when we were talking through the logistics "we work smarter not harder". That impressed me and gave me confidence in their abilities. They were friendly and were happy to work collaboratively with us to get everything unloaded and into the respective rooms and spaces. Their efficiency and experience took the stress out of the delivery of our household effects.

Grace went out of their way to be accommodating. Kept us informed on what was going on when there was a delay due to a train derailment. The guy's that unloaded our belongings where fantastic, very polite and professional. All the staff we have dealt with have been more than helpful. Highly recommend.

Grace were punctual and professional. Moving can be stressfull but Grace made it a lot easier to deal with.

The team who travelled to Bundaberg Qld were incredible. Their ability to tetrus all of my contents into a 20ft container was nothing short of genius.

The Perth WA team were super efficient and really lovely blokes.

Very good team who all work well together and also work well with their clients.

It was great from both ends, leaving one residence and moving into the next. It was an interstate move and was handled professionally from both ends. A little more expensive from other removalists but I prefer better service to slap dash casual contractors.

Well to start with the lady handling all this from the first was so accommodating. She apparently left and then all hell broke loose.
The packers arrived near Gin Gin Queensland, 3 hours early, no packing gear either as they weren’t told to bring it. so I gave them some of mine.
They took it half packed and wrapped in blankets and old worn boxes back to Bundaberg to pack there.
But wait it just keeps getting better and better.
Now in NZ.
Wellington NZ office was most helpful when a missing item was located again hiding in two blankets.
But not my missing Emma Page Jewellery.
I sent them photos of the Half Harry disgusting job of packing and the damage done.
My records put in a box, NO PACKING AROUND THEM, MY BOOKS IN A BOX WITH FLOWER ARRANGEMENT AGAIN NO PACKING AROUND THEM.
My plates wrapped up in My Kilt.
My printer one pieced of twisted paper under it.
My photo albums packed in my original box broke open and my frying pan packed into that, it split so Local removals fixed that.
I sent photos of the Half Harry job to Wellington then I claimed insurance cause they gave you $6000, right! that’s a ploy if ever I heard one.
Don’t want to pay out now, don’t want to acknowledge the fact my gear was taken to Bundaberg to be packed, neither do they acknowledge my goods arriving damaged. I signed for them so they said.
But wait! Wasn’t my gear supposed to be unpacked as claimed by Bundy mob?
So how could I possible know what was broken or stolen until I unpack the dam boxes.
Wellington Office contacted Bundy and who said a Indian Gentle working there who had since returned to India may have been the packer etc.
Now that was forwarded from Wellington Office to me from Bundy.
Facts Grace packed and took my gear away, now it’s lost or probably stolen.
Insurance says they won’t take accusations of theft or racialism.
How dare they call me a racist, you don’t treat customers like that.

I then contact Wellington again, only to find out the lady had left.
Seems a few ladies are leaving Grace I wonder why!
New lady contacted Grace in Australia after I sent
them the on going commentary of emails and Guess What! you slackers Grace I am still waiting for a dam answer and so is Wellington Office.
There is nothing like being ignored by a company and to think I was going to use you again well Id appreciate a SHOW OF GOOD WILL or these reviews will just keep on coming.
Come on Grace meet me half way it’s a few hundreds dollars from bad packing, your bad packing.

Grace have been wonderful, whet out off their watch help retrieve my belongings from Wridgeways during their liquidation, and helped with putting belonging in storage until I was ready deal with them

We used Grace Removals to shift our household goods from Melbourne to Hervey Bay. They did not disappoint. Cost was reasonable and they assisted with all our needs throughout the process. Their staff at both uplift and delivery were excellent. I'd use them again!!!!!

Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite, making the experience very stress free and pleasant. My goods arrived damage free and were able to be stored until I was ready for them. I would recommend Grace Removals to anyone wishing to relocate.

Really good experience with Grace Removals, Steve's team did an amazing job from packing our house through to loading and unload the goods. They were on time, well presented, they treated our belongings with care and nothing was too much trouble, they asked if we needed anything moved to other areas, it was all a breeze. We had never had a removalist pack for us before, so this was a first, all the cartons were labelled well so that we could work out what went where, and everything arrived safe and sound. The entire team was pleasant, they all said hi to the dog and made sure she wasn't stressed out by all the coming and going at both ends of the move, from when they arrived to pack and the next day to load, and at the next destination unpacking, they helped her feel at ease because it's stressful for the fur babies in a new home, super grateful to them for that. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

The team provided us with a good quote, no hidden charges, on the ball with our budget, with schedules - all necessary details. They worked to fit our requirements. They would communicate and work with the client. Pick up was seamless and drop off was on time on the day they said they were going to deliver. The movers were professionals on both ends. We were very happy with the move! Thank you team.

Our packer was so good and careful
Nothing was too much trouble for him to separate our belongings
While we have not unpacked everything what we have unpacked is all intact and nothing broken
We will definitely be using Grace removals again on our next move

We found the men to be very professional and did their very best to fit all of our belongings into our 40ft container. Unfortunate we had too much to fit. They where certainly magicians. Just couldn't fit the ride on mower or the trailer.
