Great service.

A family vibe with this company, while maintaining professionalism, A shout out to Zack who wraps and packs your treasures, this guy is a work horse who does not stop until the job is done, A total professional at his job coupled with respect and someone you trust to do the job with no feelings of anxiety. And one cannot go past the receptionist/ allrounder Jess an absolute gem ! At the end of the moving experience it was almost like finding a new friend plenty of laughs to be had with this girl.At the end of the day my experience with this company was tops .

Support to help planning the move and deal with uncertainty of rental market was hugely appreciated. Including option to store furniture for a period of time.

I felt that the amount of money I paid didn’t reflect the quality or speed of service that I received personally. My furniture and belongings were sent 500km south to Perth before being sent up north to Karratha therefore adding an unnecessary extra 1000km to the trip. The only large pieces of furniture I had where my fridge, chests of drawers, bed, and TV cabinet. One chest of drawers and my bed were damaged in the move and I’m yet to check the other pieces of furniture as they are in my shed behind a number of boxes. I also had to wait several weeks to receive my stuff and was only made aware that this would be the weight period after my stuff had been collected. The crew who packed and unpacked my belongings were all lovely to work with however instructions given did have to be repeated and some items that were requested to be left out were packed away in the shed so I will have to try unstack these myself to find the items I need.

They were helpful, respectful and addressed the difficulties that I, an old lady had in having to move from WA to Melbourne. They always answered my phone calls or called me back. The young men who picked up and delivered the goods were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Any issues I had were soon resolved. I would certainly recommend them.

I would like to give Grace Removals 100 out of 10 if it were possible.
I called a lot of movers and was becoming discouraged.
Posted online, the lot. No responses that I could feel confident about.

Then, I gave Grace removals a call.
I've never dealt with such nice people from start to finish.
Every person I spoke to - from admin to logistics to movers
- was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their price
was by far the best too.

And - they delivered.

Actually, I give them 1000 out of 10.
I will never use any other mover from now on.

We used Grace to relocate some household items from Victoria to Western Australia. As we have valuable collections including, we were worried about items going missing, breaking etc. Well there was no reason to worry, customer service explained there process to us and set our minds at ease. You could understand if a few things broke on the journey, however everything arrived intact. Very impressive Service!

The move was excellent. The goods were packed with care and the delivery drivers went out their way to be helpful

I am very happy with the service provided by the team from Grace-Geraldton. All furniture and belongings were delivered damage free and placed in exactly the right rooms. I had several huge pot plants which the guys relocated in perfect condition. Friendly, efficient, polite and professional. Highly recommend.

We used Grace removals to move from Geraldton in WA to Perth. They stored items in container until property was ready to move in at Perth end. This helped us and storage costs were reasonable. Also assisted with unloading goods to 2 locations in Perth as had to store some and take remaining to a new downsized apartment. The total process of quoting, negotiating costs and insurances plus care in wrapping items and unloading was excellent and managed unload into multi story building without a fuss. Communication was excellent.

We only had 2 boxes that needed shipping from Geraldton, WA to Brisbane, QLD. Their customer service was excellent with friendly advice and honest answers when asked. Only issue was with the insurance cost and the payout for what we were shipping. We didn't take insurance out as a result and our boxes turned up safe and sound at their destination.

Great service and hard working, careful movers! Very satisfied!
