Do not use GRACE! I had several issues which I raised with management since 29/4/25 and nobody bothered to look into it.

I contacted customer service via email, but it seems inexistent.

On 16/6 they sent me an invoice with extra charges I never asked or signed for and no notation of my prepayments.

On 18/6 I receive a call from the UK partner saying they suspended my shipment. Still no reply from GRACE!

Second time I have moved with Grace now and like the first, I am pleased with the service, quality and value. Our delivery was late but many of the delays were out of Grace's hands given it was international, by ship and the transit time was in the months. Once again, I would recommend them based on two positive experiences.

I recently used your service for a move and wanted to provide some feedback based on my experience.

First of all, I’d like to commend your team for their excellent service attitude and smooth communication throughout the process. The packaging was also satisfactory, and I found your pricing to be reasonable.

However, I did notice some issues with the handling of items. There were clear signs of dragging and pushing, which raised some concerns. One particular issue was with a piano we transported. Upon delivery, the piano’s base was found to have suffered visible damage, including dents, collision marks, and even cracking.

While I appreciate the overall professionalism of your team, this experience has made me cautious about entrusting more delicate or valuable items to your care in the future. That said, I may still consider using your services for less fragile or less important belongings.

Andrea and her team at Grace removals made my 85 year old mother’s move from Hobart to The UK feel seamless. I highly recommend them!!!

The process in getting a quote was easy. You book in an appointment and you get a video call with one of the sales rep and you show your contents to have a more personalised quotation based on your needs compared to base on the number of rooms, therefore the price you get is more acceptable.
The guys/team who collected and delivered my items are professional, friendly and made sure all items are delivered where you want them with care.
But the best part of it all is the after care service...
You get a call from Sam Mears who make sure that you are happy with their service and if there was any issue which in my case there was (screen monitor was damaged in transit), she made sure to discussed a solution. She listened to my concerns and provided a fantastic solution and because of her, I would highly recommend Grace Removals and will consider them again. Thank you Sam!
