From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly friendly, organised, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled everything with care and efficiency. Both my husband and I were genuinely impressed by their work ethic and positive attitude — they truly made a potentially stressful day so much easier. Thank you for sending such a fantastic team!

The Grace guys - Dan and Jake were fabulous!!! In what was very exhausting, horribly hot conditions they didn't miss a beat. Amazingly hard working, friendly, professional and very accommodating! Wouldn't hesitate to have them move us anytime! They are a credit to your operations

The move was painless and the staff, both office & the actual removalists were great, such as I wouldn't bother getting a 2nd quote next time as they were competitive on price.

Crew arrived early, introduced themselves. Worked diligently, sharing the load between the three of them. Good natured banter, careful with the furniture and a pleasure to watch load everything in an efficient and professional manner. Much appreciated

I used Karratha Grace removal 2 months ago Steve was excellent customer service as I was a bit confused in my move and dates he worked with me with lovely energy over phone. They did the work and communication to pick up my stuff and saved me a 3 way conversation between landlords and dates as I live in mining company apartments , they were on the job, I had peace while I was at work of and my stuff would be cleared for a vacate clean
