Excellent communication and on time delivery

I had a small load of boxes to send to my son from Perth to Sydney. Grace was the best price and handled the job quickly and efficiently . The guys were great. This was our second move with Grace and probably won't even bother with other quotes next time.

We downsized from a large home to an apartment over a four day period (2 days packing, 1 very long day moving things to our apartment and 1 day moving things to our storage unit.) There were unforeseen challenges but this was managed by everyone concerned. For doing a great job and resolving issues on the fly, I’d like to thank WA State Manager Rob Sims, Dan Schreuder, Kellie Nairn, as well as members of the removal team including Junior, Joao, Omar, Gabrielle, Jarrod and Jackie. I would use Grace again for any subsequent move.

From the start to finish Grace Removals were extremely efficient both in arranging the date, cost, packing and transporting my belongings to my new home. Not one item was broken due to the fantastic packing and labelling made directions where to put the boxes very easy. Thanks to Gary,Steely,and Luke and all the staff who set up the removal.

Moving interstate had been an stress-free experience with Grace. Communication was brilliant from start to finish. Every member of staff we encountered was respectful, engaging and well mannered. Staff gave advice within their scope, advised us of the ongoing support until they had collected the last empty, unpacked box. Grace have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to anyone else moving locally, interstate or internationally. Everyone treated our belongings with respect.

Grace team on the Sunshine Coast were very helpful and easy to deal with.
My main issue is with the high cost of insurance that really increases the cost of the move and the inability to have a low value basic cover.
Their labels were very hard to remove, they stick on to every thing. I had the their team pack every box and did an amazing job with no issues l think they must have used a complete forest with the amount of paper used. All the furniture was also in plastic wrap. The Perth team were also very good and unloaded my goods with no major issues. Their team kept in contact throughout the process and will be collecting their boxes and packaging materials when requested.
I would be happy to use them in the future.

From quoting, to packing to unpacking, we can’t fault Grace at all. Daniel was expectational - very professional, helpful and had great communication. The 3 guys who loaded our container were amazing. They worked so hard and were very friendly. Same with the 2 guys on the other end. Lovely, up for a chat and were so understanding with 2 kids running around (they even ended up playing tag!) We would definitely use Grace again and will be recommending to friends and family. It was just easy for me to sit back n let your staff handle it all. They were very professional and quick n thorough. Couldn't have asked for a better crew even though 1 of them had problems with his phone dud to Optus outage!!

The subcontractors were good people. Effective and efficient.

I suggest you seek absolute clarity of what you have been quoted. Specifically how many people will turn up and for how long. I was quoted 18 hours, paid 18 hours and only received 12 hours. This is a massive profit margin and Grace wouldn’t budge because it was a ‘fixed quote’, and then they said it was about the cubic metres. I felt ripped off.

Our team of Carl, Winton and Liam were great! They were professional and nothing was too much trouble. I will be recommending Grace to family and friends.

Fast, professional service and very cheap price compared to other companies. I have moved house many times and this is the first time I have been surprised by the professionalism and enthusiasm of this Grace company.

The move from Perth in Australia to Trieste in Italy went very smoothly thanks to Grace removal. From the start to the end organisation was easy and communication was very efficient. All the content of the container arrived in good order. We definitely would recommend Grace for a relocation and would use it again.

I would highly recommend Grace for not only being promp & pleasant when I was getting a quote from Newcastle NSW, right down to packing up and more so the delivery, so prompt & nothing was a problem & they went beyond what they had to do on such a very very hot day.
