This is the third time I’ve used Grace in the last 6 years and every move (2 interstate) has been handled professionally and expertly without a hitch. Highly recommended.

I use grace for my business removal, always polite, onsite and great service.

Firstly the moment you pick up the phone the reception staff are friendly and guide you through the process. The pickup and delivery staff were all careful with my furniture and place items where you wanted them in the house.

We used Grace Removals 35 years ago and chose them again for our recent move from Canberra to the Sunshine Coast. They were very quick to respond to all communication. We stored our container with them for three months and had it delivered last week.

Their service was wonderful. We had couple of issues but they sorted them out straight away. In the end, we are very happy with their service. We could highly recommend Grace and will use them again if needed.

The whole process was made easy and stress free. All the staff were friendly while maintaining high professional standards. I was kept up to date with timeframes and if I had any questions they were answered promptly. It took all the stress out of a major move, appreciated!

Shocking. Had to co-ordinate the move myself, bounced between Sales, Office and Manager.

Sales Mgr approved payment method and 4pm the day before the move the Manager said no and we had to pay for most of the move. Information in correct.

Movers complaining they were not told how much they had to pick up. Damage due to poor packing in the $'000.

Very professional in pack up on Sunshine Coast, not quite so on delivery, but I know how busy before Christmas so no problems!
With over 1 22 ft container of goods, only 1 port glass and 1 small dish broken!!!
Well done Grace Removals, very worth the cost and would recommend to anyone! Not the cheapest but by far the best!!!!

We had previously used Grace to move to Tasmania however our experience on the Hobart end was very poor. We decided to give Grace another try seven years later and the end to end experience from Sunshine Coast, QLD to Hobart was great. The guys who packed the Container were actually the Gold Coast crew. The last time we used Grace we moved from the Gold Coast. These guys know their stuff - excellent crew.
We did have two damaged items - a very small claim of $645 which has been handled very quickly and professionally. Would definitely use Grace again.

From the quote to the day of delivery Grace was the best. The quote was the most reasonable we had. Our move was a difficult one as we needed a ferry vehicle to transport all our furniture etc up a steep driveway to the large truck. Grace sent 5 wonderful guys to do the job. The team of removalists were friendly and professional and so careful with everything. We were so impressed by this company and would never move again with anyone but Grace. The packing end went well. The SunshineCoast crew were friendly and professional. The delivery end was different. Adelaide. The guys were great but there was a truck breakdown somewhere and our possessions came a day late. Which meant Hotels and such for us and our animals. Grace paid for our overnight stay which was good, it was just inconvenient. Otherwise they did a great job.

Packers and delivery staff did an excellent job at both ends with damage the concern, but we didnt endure any.

Friendly and focus as well

Grace Removalists were efficient in providing a quote. The team were careful throughout the packing stage. They made our relocation to NSW a better transition than we thought possible. Than you Grace. We appreciate your service.

Extremely satisfied with the professional service provided on our recent venture in moving house which can be a very stressful experience. However not so with the very friendly and helpful staff and overall customer service provided by Grace removals. We highly recommend Grace for anyone looking to relocate.

Amazing service from start to finish. I can't thank the team from Grace enough for my interstate move, their price, communication, pick-up & delivery was outstanding, even with a few issues (from me) without notice. Our experience was lovely. From our first call to Kirstie on the Sunshine Coast, it was all easy. The process was simple to follow and the important things were explained both verbally and by email.
We moved back to the UK our things arrived in perfect condition including an electronic baby grand piano which is working perfectly thanks to the specialist packaging,! A brilliant service from all ar Grace removalusts. Thank you! X
