Great company to help you with your important move, very reliable and well coordinate, made our move alot less stressful than we thought it would be.

Both moving teams exceeding expectations, especially Shane and Noah (Sydney team). 0 damage, polite, respectful and responsive. Our new house in NSW is on a hill: no complaints!

Reliability - have moved with Grace on several occasions and the service remains the same - good.

We had moved from an accountancy that operated from my residence for nearly 20 years to a proper business office.
We rang the office of Grace Removals and they had assisted us with all the details and the requested removal day. They delivered us tubs for all our papers and files before the moving day.
They turned up at the arranged time and dismantled all the desks printers etc with no dramas and loaded the truck with a great deal of skill
When we arrived at the office they assembled all the desks etc with efficiency and knowledge required.
They were helpful and willing to do the extra bits to ensure that we were happy and all jobs completed before leaving the office.
I would recommend them to everyone.

Very good service right from the first meeting . The evaluation and quote was accurate and competitive . The team who loaded and unloaded the container were punctual ,efficient and careful. We were kept informed of their schedule which helped remove the stress of moving across the country . Recommend Grace Removalists to anyone looking for a good team to work with .

Overall I was extremely satisfied with how our interstate move went. Claudia was great with getting the scope and cost to exactly what was required to ensure an efficient and cost effective move. The uplift team in Sydney were very diligent and packed the container like Tetris professionals. Lejla and the office team were very professional and accommodating to meet our needs on a very stressful move within a short timeframe. We are very grateful that we chose Grace to move us on this big interstate move, it couldn’t have gone better. Many thanks to all of the Grace team.

Really dreadful experience with Grace Removals. Impossible to get hold of, huge delay from our shipment clearing customs to getting a delivery date. A couple of days before our delivery we are told that our delivery has been cancelled, with no explanation and no alternative date suggested. We try to call, email and can't get through to anyone. When we eventually do, we are told that only one specific person can talk to us who is not working presently.

We have finally been offered an alternative date, but had it's over a week after our initial date and we have urgent need for our furniture. How do we know it won't be cancelled again with no notice? Really appalling service, would not recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience with collection of items in NZ from the sister company, but the Australian side has been unresponsive and slow. Delivery of our items was already delayed for 2 weeks after it was cleared by customs, and then our delivery was cancelled (via email) last minute because they double booked us. After hounding them to reschedule (our allocated manager not answering phone calls or emails), someone has booked us in for over a week away. Almost 4 weeks to deliver our items is ridiculous and the communication has been poor throughout.

Good company, great to actually have people to call, (a real company, real people, real resources, an Ops centre), so if things go wrong, their is someone to call! And resources to send if required.

This was the case for our move from Sydney to Brisbane. Initially issues arouse on moving day, that were quickly resolved and got back on track!

Everything arrived in one piece, on-time and as always, it comes off easier than it loads.

They're a professional mob, and I recommend you let them pack you if it's within your budget.

Quote was competitive with small private movers... but Grace is backed by lots of people in utes and other trucks if back-up is required, (again as was our requirement), and the Calvary came... we were moving out of a multi storey building.

The girls organising the move over the phone and the survey of things to be moved were very friendly and helpful. The two vans turned up on time and the three removal ist men were friendly and quick. They also dismantled the beds and put them back together.

In the beginning I was a bit hesitant as I never relocated internationally, however the service provided by Claudia in Australia and Dajana in Netherland has been absolutely amazing, professional and perfect in all aspects. Grear communication and prompt responses all the time. I couldn't ask for a better service. Every details was clear and transparent, definitely higy recommended.

Our move with Grace went very smoothly.
From our first phone call to the company, everyone was helpful and cheerful.
Beautiful Daria was spot on with her estimation of the load that went into storage, and the two ladies who wrapped our items, were very quick and kind.
Mitch and Josh who loaded and unloaded our 53years of memories worked at top pace despite the 40c temperature. Special mention of Mitch who could manouver the massive truck with ease and Josh who could quickly identify furniture from the map one of my daughters had made for me.
All in all the experience was positive.

They were completely not transparent about their fees and added hidden charges after my furniture had already been shipped overseas. What was supposed to be a door-to-door service turned into extra “shuttle” and other unexpected costs that were never mentioned upfront. I felt ripped off and misled. Communication was poor, and every time I asked for clarification, I received vague or inconsistent answers. I was referred to this company by word of mouth, but unfortunately, it will now be word of mouth that damages their reputation. It’s disappointing that even after raising the issues with management, a company would be willing to ruin their reputation over $300 USD. I would never use them again and strongly warn others to avoid this company unless you want to deal with hidden fees.

We repatriated from Sydney to the Fylde coast of England. Grace removals came to our home and packed up our belongings, bikes, knick knacks and kids toys for shipping to the UK.
We were really impressed with the speed and skill of the team. Every item was cared for.
We recently received our shipment and were equally impressed to find everything in perfect condition despite a months long voyage in a container.
We would wholeheartedly recommend grace removals they were a pleasure to work with.

We were very happy with our experience with Grace they were very helpful from the start Richard provided us with a competitive quote and gave us great tips on packing and how to get ready with our interstate move. They were informative and prompt in communication the big move day went smoothly and they handled our belongings with care and professionalism we would highly recommend Grace and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

It took me nearly 6 months to sell, buy and move interstate. Grace were with me all the way, inventory quote, packing and unpacking. I couldn’t have done it without them and their fantastic teams.
