Very proficient service by very personable, efficient and excellent engineer (Byron Day). Appointment was as scheduled and work was carried out with care and pains were taken to keep environment of gas fire tidy and clean.

Had my gas fire's annual service and, as always, Byron was prompt and very cheery. As usual he did an excellent job and left my fire looking brand new again.

The team were absolutely first-class. They arrived on time, they got on with the job, their work was professional and efficient, and they were not only friendly but great to have around the house. On top of all that, they also pointed out a couple of other little things that needed attention, and got these sorted too.
