In terms of customer service this company is second to none. Ordered a box in 2021 that arrived smashed up. Reached out to them in 2026 and they honoured their offer of the time to replace it. Outstanding.

Tbe company is great to deal with and the sourdough pizza balls are very tasty, just t need to get better at rolling them out, going to to try the gluten free next.

Easy to use individually packed sourdough. Definitely the best pizza dough we’ve found.

Following an abysmal service from DPD, and battling through their similarly difficult complaints system, customer service from GBOF was exemplary! Having contacted them to note that my delivery sent out on a Friday never arrived and was then cancelled on the following Monday, GBOF sorted everything out. Sent a complete new order via Parcelforce which was received without any issues. The products are fantastic. Clear and easy instructions to make perfect and delicious pizzas.
Customer services have let me know that they can now put a note on my account to request that all my orders are delivered by parcelforce not DPD.
Will definitely be using again regularly.
A special mention to Steph who could not have been more proactive in sorting all this out. My sincere thanks.

Paid £53 for a premium box. When it arrived the box was open the sauce bottle was spilled and one of the dough ball split and oozing out. Reported it quickly send pictures. They apologised and refunded me £5. Stating the sauce can not me replaced with only one dough ball and I should order more and they will take off £5. What a joke!!
I looked on the website and I can buy the sauce on its own. But they charge about £7 postage. That appears to be the reason they wouldn’t replace it. So anyway I’m left with a whole bunch of dough and no sauce. What a waste of £53. Would not recommend

My order was damaged, the bags were split , I have sent a complaint with pictures and no one has bothered to respond, very disappointed

Wow what a great company. I made a mistake with my order but it was swiftly and expertly dealt with by Steph and Aimee. The dough is next level but what really sets this apart from other well known brands (or should that be blands!) is their customer service. If you haven’t tried their dough yet - don’t delay - and add some of the sauces on whilst you’re at it - you won’t regret it. First class flavour from a first class company 👏

Original order was delivered but reaction to the broken package by GBoF was 1st class, replacing the order very quickly.

I had a subscription with this company of £77. It was difficult to find the terms for the subscription though I eventually found out that I would receive 4 shipments of 12 dough balls. In the space of 8 months the company emailed me stating that I received 24 dough balls.

Last week I also had another subscription of £77 taken out of my account. I knew something was amiss so I asked to delay this. The company said no unless I paid more to nominate a delivery date! So I cancelled my subscription and this cancelled the subsequent order. Why didn’t they just put this subscription on hold? I made a complaint/enquiry and after numerous emails I did get reimbursed for the subscription and undelivered dough balls.

I also asked the company to delete my data after I had been reimbursed. However they deleted 99% of my account information before I had been reimbursed on my profile. They said they hadn’t deleted it on their system. Thankfully I still had my emails of my previous deliveries.

It shouldn’t have come to this. The company blamed automatic processes for the re-subscription. The fact that I didn’t get my original subscription delivery in the first place is disconcerting. Also the fact that they said no when I asked to hold my re-subscription delivery! This is a very good example of customer service and the computer saying ‘no’ and not actually listening to what the customer wants. Fortunately there are a number of pizza dough companies out there so I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I got sent the wrong order and the company refused to refund.

Not too impressed with the GF dough as it sticks to the paddle despite using dusting powder but the normal one is great.

My dough balls arrived too defrosted and I after refreezing them they never recovered. I didn't get any rise and had to throw them away in the end. The only thing I can think of is perhaps packing more freezer bags in with the delivery. I really liked the idea of buying pre proofed dough and I was willing to pay for it, but with poor results I can't justify paying buying again from you. Not sure what else to say apart from informing you that I watched every video and followed all your instructions to the letter. My Ooni oven is brand new and works perfectly with my home made 72hr cold proof dough so I know it's not my technique. Like I said I loved the concept but for me I didn't get good results and had to bin the product.

Having been cooking pizzas from my outside oven for over 5 years I ordered some products from Great Balls and they are the best products pizza dough and associated products - highly recommend
