The Profile: Mildly spiced, deeply savoury, and substantial. The Cook: These larger discs hold their own at high temperatures, developing a beautiful charred edge while staying meaty in the middle. Best For: Big, bold flavours and feeding a crowd. 2. The British Pepperoni (200g) Crafted right here in the UK, this is pepperoni with a bit of attitude. These are smaller 35mm discs, sliced thin for maximum texture. The Profile: Lean, punchy, and unpretentious. The Cook: Because they’re thinly sliced, these "cup" almost instantly.
