Fantastic first hotel, fantastic last hotel and location, the hotel in between for the bulk of the trip is quite poor. Made to sit as a group at breakfast, arguing with me because I just wanted to sit at a small table same thing at evening meal. The hotel I think caters for groups which makes it noisy for evening meal, food not the best got take out pizza two nights. The guide, the trips and the trains all excellent

Fabulous trip from start to finish. Our Tour Manager Trevor was friendly and helpful.Great guy! Well organised trip. Thoroughly enjoyed.Will be booking again with this company Highly recommend!

Visited beautiful places. Too many changes and connections on train journeys to final destination and return journey
Accommodation on trains from Paris not as good as expected, cramped and crowded and stressful. Anticipated journeys as being part of the holiday and they became a trial. This was NOT because of unexpected delays.
Everything I hoped it would be
Delayed train, we received information and continued our journey. Accommodation good, and tour guide very helpful. My wife our son and I enjoyed our holiday.
Excellent company but, alas, this European tour wasn't as memorable as our trip with them to India (the Golden Triangle) was.
I sent the survey already,I would like to discuss this holiday with one of your senior team member as it did not live up to my expectations,see my my independent trust pilot report,there dont seem to be any other reviews for this holiday on your website,this holiday needs some serious review.

A very interesting but not relaxing holiday. We saw some amazing places but the pace was too much for us.

I had a wonderful time on this holiday. Scenic and comfortable train journeys took us to beautiful and interesting places. Excellent hotels. Helpful Tour Manager.
Florence guide just rambled ,too much info and 2hours was far to long.Julia our tour manager was brilliant , great group of people.
Great places to see and visit, although main hotel stay location was too far from some if the sites. Train ride twas too long so didn’t have a lot of time to spend at some of the destinations.
Generally very good. Really nice tour guide. Well organised. Friendly group atmosphere. Chunnel and French trains are amazing. Great way to see Florence and Pizza and Luca as we stayed in Montecasini,a small town nearby. On the downside there was too much rail travel on the way back - 3 days travelling for us. We didn't see anything of the Italian Riviera so it seemed a bit pointless coming back that way. I would have preferred to go back via Turin and spend a day or so there. Also the hotel plumbing in Montecasini was a bit dodgy. On the upside the free wine with the meal was nice and it had a grand piano in the lobby. The hotel in Turin was also amazing. Overall I would recommend this tour.
It was an amazing holiday, very well organised, we knew exactly what we were doing everyday, Irene was an excellent tour manager, and the places we visited were beautiful 😍
We had a great tour manager, she was so helpful and professional at all times the hotels in Turin & St Raphael were great, the one in Montecatini not so much. The Columbia lacks a communal lounge for hotel guests, the towels were thin, the room was cold. The food was average, the staff were fantastic very welcoming and helpful.
