Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. We have been trying to stream out breeding owls onto you tube for over a year. No one could help. Today a friend found that this white screen is a problem on YOUR app. So we can't get the onvif to work. Our owls have 3 eggs. If we don't get the footage of them hatching it will be a great disappointment. I cannot believe all the work we have tried and it's been your issue all along.

Thanks for taking the time to leave to a review. I am very sorry to hear about the problems you are having with setting up your live stream.
The ONVIF section for android phones is currently not functioning although this will be fixed in a big app update that we have scheduled for the end of summer.
In the meantime, as a temporary fix you can simply log into your Green Feathers account from an iOS phone/tablet and turn ONVIF on this way. If no one you know has an iOS device, we are also happy to log into your account and turn this on from our end. You would need to raise a ticket to arrange this as it will involve us taking your account details.

Top for Customer Service
Of all the companies I have dealt with, this company has the best customer service of any. Absolutely brilliant. They are happy to talk to customers and offer advice regarding any items of their equipment and which would suit your circumstances the best. When my cameras were out of warranty they agreed to check them over for me and reset the software inside them …. No charge ! How many companies would do that. I have spoken to them several times over a number of years and their response has always been first class

Packaged and a good quality product. For an 80 + oldie the set up proved a bit trying but got there in the end. Would have appreciated a printed handbook (? online) to help with all the various set up and user options.

Ordered/purchased a WiFi nest box camera for a swift box. The camera was delivered within 48hrs and looks to be a robust well engineered product. Online instructions are comprehensive and clear. Setting up the camera was straightforward and the quality of the pictures is excellent.
