Shame I didn't look into the product a little more, at first glance they appeared high quality cameras for Garden and WIldlife lovers, but it turns out to be the usual cheap off-the-shelf Tuya Smart Camera in a new box - the same tat you can buy anywhere for half the price. Poor app onboarding experience (typical of the Tuya App rebranded with a different name) and predictably ONVIF doesn't work. Not worth the effort to take it down and return, but thankfully it uses the same cheap chipset as the rest, so I'll fix the firmware and move on with life!

I’ve had such a disappointing experience with my Green Feathers products. I originally got a bird box and wireless camera, which the customer service team were brilliant at letting me upgrade to the solar charged camera for an extra cost.

Unfortunately the camera is constantly going offline despite being pretty close to the house (in an area I get WiFi on my laptop no problem) and consistently having minimum 60% signal. The solar charge is also terrible - it’s dropped consistently week-on-week despite being mounted in the sunniest spot in a south facing garden, and is now at 5% which I assume means it will soon turn off.

Two stars because the customer service has been great - unfortunately the products just aren’t fit for purpose. A very expensive mistake!

Great products with clear instructions and a helpful team

Outstanding customer service. Sadly there was an issue with the item I ordered and I had to return it, Dexter not only quickly processed the return and sent me a returns label the same afternoon but, also when he found out that the item was the last one in stock he contacted the manufacturer of the item and arranged for a replacement to be sent directly out to me. Couldn’t have done more and I’ll certainly be looking at Green Feathers in the future for other nature tech! Thanks again.

Very good product keeps the jackdaws of the suet cake

We received the Green Feathers solar-powered wifi camera kit for Christmas, and were thrilled at how easy it was to set up in our owl box! As noted in the name of the product, this requires wifi which was super easy to link to our home system (despite the owl box being about 75 ft away from the house). Mounting the camera and solar panels were simple and straightforward, as was the cabling (all were labeled). And, a big kudos and call-out to their customer service department who was very responsive to a bad on/oiff switch on the camera. They replaced the camera right away without any hassle. Since then, we've been enthralled watching our owls come and go (and the occasional squirrel for which the camera is indispensable for alerting us to schedule an eviction!)

The delivery to France was very quick and as promised nothing extra to pay on reception. This is a great feeding station for hedgehogs with a sturdy roof to protect against predetors and double entry to avoid conflicts. I certainly recommend.

Very helpful quickly replacing dud converter

A rat bit through my camera lead and I wasn’t sure that would be covered under the guarantee but they arranged free returns and are sending it back with no charge. That’s what I call 5 star service. Their hedgehogs houses and feeding boxes are also excellent - I’m about to buy two more as I have 4 hedgehogs visiting now 😊
