You are fully aware that thanks to you I am more than happy with Greenbasket. I have already informed some friends about you and about excellent service by Greenbasket.

Delivery date was changed twice without information . Barbara Gupta confirmed that I will get an email from her manager nothing came .

The produts are good, but the minimum amount for home delivery is too high and as well the charges for frozen items. Also the service is not so fast in terms of refund and query handling. The product range could also include Haldiram’s frozen food, Ching’s products as well Maggi products from India.

There is no zero rating to give hence given 1. Never order from this site, they will give you expired items or going to expire in next 2 days. Items will not be delivered and they make a promise to deliver on certain date but it will never get deliver. Very very frustrated with their service. Never going to order again from here and I suggest for others better go to store. This is unreliable service and waste of money and time.

Minimum order amount 70 CHF is not convenient. Product Quality and response to customer from Barbara is excellent.

The wheat flour when arrived was charged at 19.90 chf where as other shops sold it for 15.90 chf or 14.90 chf.

Lieferung war punktlich, Gemüse wäre frisch und die Verpackung war auch super.

Green basket products are always good ,clean and cheaper than other stores. Delivery is much faster and return replacement is always very well managed. I highly recommend this based on my past purchases.

Good products and lovely customer service

The store has a vast range of quality Indian products. The service is fast and reliable. Changes and special requests are addressed quite well.

Our order had items missing (Ordered multiple items). It has very bad quality of vegetable and 1 packet of flour was torn , ruining every other item. Very bad experience.

Really satisfied with their service!! Great customer service and always cooperative. Got my order always on time and the vegetables are soo fresh!
