GreenGenUk have recently installed an air source heat pump to replace our old oil boiler and oil tank. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work carried out by Ali and Dan. As the system was an existing older system which had to be adapted they did a good job in solving any teething problems. We would recommend GreenGen.

Ryan, Jordan and the team were spot on for the two weeks that there were in our home fitting the new heat pump system. Everything they did they asked before hand, kept us informed and cleaned up at the end of every day. Good system knowledge which made what was a disruptive job be not an issue. Obviously proof will be in the system test but I have no worries that’s it all done to a great standard. Well done team and GreenGen 👏

From my initial contact to completion of the install, Green Gen have been an excellent company to deal with. No hard sell at any time, just helpful people that know there product willing to help the customer through the process with as little fuss as possible.
The price for my large domestic system was very competitive, all high end products installed. The guy’s who fitted my system were neat, tidy, funny and knowledgeable a great bunch.

Info from Cameron was extensive, and he updated several times without complaint.
Installers of the PV roof equipment were quick, tidy and polite. Special praise to the electricians, Ben, Fin and Felix for their work and feedback.
However, the length of time it is taking; 3 weeks and counting, to get the service pack and Solis App sorted is disappointing. Please get a move on with this guys!

We had no problems with the fitters, they informed us what they were doing, how long it would take, always tidied up.
The problem we have encountered is with the office staff and their lack of customer service, saying they will get back to us, but not doing so. This is trying to make appointment for engineer to come and check a problem we are having. Poor customer service from phone conversation (with whoever answers the phone) lack of response from our email follow up, if this is customer service how will we fare if we take out the service plan?

GreenGen have just installed solar panels, a battery and a heat pump for me, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I was extremely impressed with the guys who did the installations – they were very professional, working to extremely high standards, and very pleasant to have around the house. In addition Ben E, who did the Heat Pump installation, was creative in thinking around various issues that arose, including advising a much better location for my pump, and made all the pipework and trunking look absolutely immaculate. Max handled the installation of the battery and the inverter with similar precision and professionalism. The guys who installed the solar panels were also great. I was also impressed with Josh in the sales team who was patience personified with my endless questions and requests for more information at the start of the process.

I initially placed the contract for having a ASHP with another company but eventually cancelled that after having trust issues.
Went back to GreenGen who have been excellent in sorting my needs. No problems in communication from them,and when it came to installation time Ryan turned up, was prompt every day, respected my property and was polite and kept me informed as to what was going on. Then Zack and Treeve came to do the electric side and were understanding in all of my questions.
Overall well satisfied so far with the installation, now waiting for the colder weather to test out the heating side.

Greengen carried out our air source heating installation last month. We would particularly commend the installation engineers, Ben and Andrew. They were polite, friendly, tidy and communicative, making every effort to consult us when there were any options on positioning. A little electrical tidying up was required after but was dealt with quickly and any questions we have had have been answered fully and with courtesy

Craig and the team worked professionally and really went the extra mile to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible throughout the works. We had solar and heat pump installed and it was a complex job. They worked the weekend and long days to get it completed to schedule and were polite and diligent throughout cleaning up everyday before they left. GreenGen installed our solar panels 3 years ago and did such an excellent job that when our air source pump packed up it was a no brainier to ask GreenGen to do the job. From Alan coming to give a quote to the boys coming to install everything was done professionally. Everything was explained to me, my carpets were covered and every day everything was cleared away. Special thanks to Morgen & Adam for doing such a great job, not forgetting Rachael in the office, always friendly and getting things sorted. Work was to install a secondary battery- not quite a simple job (time wise) for the engineer Treeve but everything was completed without hassle and a fantastic job. Really impressed with service by GreenGen.

Friendly staff Jordan and Keran turned up just after 08.00 wasting no time and informing us of what they were going to do and got on with it. Tidying up as they worked and assisted with our phones update.

Professional Hardworking Friendly

From the first moment I met their sales manager professional, reliability and attention to detail was evident. Each room was checked for radiator size and power heat loss. The best siting of the ASH pump was explained to me. Sales and support Manger gave me a detailed quotation giving me options and costs of different Air Source Heat Pumps. He also gave me a graph showing each radiator, with power heat loss. Unlike other companies they had taken the time to find out if my radiators were compatible. They recommended I replace 2 radiators. All the equipment to be used was costed as was each part of the labour. It also gave me details of where and how the air heat pump would be installed. On acceptance of the quotation their very helpful and efficient Heating Project Manager took over. She arranged for the Plumbing Manager to visit me. He was very thorough. On his second visit to clarify some points I knew exactly where all the pipes would be installed and the space needed for them. Project Compliance gave me details of an EPC assessor. Once I had my EPC they arranged for a grant application form to be emailed to me. On completing the form from Ofgem the grant was authorised within 24 hours. The Plumbing and Electrical workforce sent to me were hardworking friendly and very helpful. They cleaned up after each day’s work and carried away my old boiler, fire, and pipes. They explained what they intended doing and gave consideration to my needs. All the meters and fuse boxes were explained to me as well as emergency cut-outs. The heat pump installation is very neat, no pipes are visible they are all encased in an ivory plastic cladded box. I choose a Valiant air pump and they put an app on my phone. I have 2 cylinders in the loft; one giving hot water and another for heating radiators. By using his app I can program the time of the day for each different time of the week the required temperature of my hot water and the temperature for my radiators. It automatically switches off and on when temperatures are reached. I also have a outside air temperature sensor and an indoor programmer for the heating and hot water if I was unable to use my mobile app. My shower now works off my heat pump. On completion of the installation, I was contacted by the Operations Manager who asked if I had any problems, and a contact number to ring for future use. He sent me a quick start guide for my air pump and a video link to sensor comfort how to use my Valient Controls. They also registered my Valiant Guarantee. Throughout I have been impressed by how all the departments, electricians and plumbers work closely together. The electrician Daniel was very helpful, not just as the installer and commissioner, but also as a conduit into the company, with regards to what was happening as the job evolved.
