Just what you wanted at the price you wanted to pay!
Very easy order process, had exactly the laptop I was looking for and at a very sensible price. Delivery was quoted as three days but arrived in less than two. Item very well and neatly packed up with little wasted packaging. Altogether a very pleasureable process and mirrors exactly the same as early last year when I got a high speck laptop for doing Solidworks which is still doing sterling service. Great company don't change anything!!

Great condition, well set up, fast delivery.
The laptop was in better condition than the description suggested with very few signs of previous use (it had been graded B). The delivery service was swift and the fact that the laptop came already set up for use, straight out of the box, was great. Very pleased.

product wise no complaints
product wise no complaints, very happy with new laptop. Delivery/courier however. I received updated tracking during delivery. But I was dissapointed that I couldn't have it delivered to a safe space or neighbour. It was left outside all day in the rain (it was undamaged) but i was left worried that the parcel would be stolen.

We sincerely apologize for the delivery experience with DPD in this instance. As a retailer, we’ve disabled both the "leave with neighbor" and "leave in a safe space" options since 2022 to improve parcel delivery safety. For this reason, these options will not be available for future orders.
Upon reviewing your order, it’s clear the driver should not have left your parcel unattended, and we’ve flagged this issue to the DPD delivery depot manager for follow-up with the driver. Our sincere apologies again for this delivery experience.
For our customers, a 1-hour delivery slot is typically provided on the day of delivery. If you're unable to receive the parcel during that time, options such as "redeliver on a different date" or collection from a parcel shop are usually available for added flexibility, which can be arranged before the scheduled delivery.

Outstanding in every respect.
After my Threadripper 1950x died, I looked online for a quick replacement. In nominal terms, this is the most expensive computer I have ever bought, the Lenovo P620 Threadripper 3995wx. An absolute bargain price. Unbelievable in fact. I was very relieved when the machine arrived by DPD barely 24 hours after ordering. I have never seen such a well packed parcel in my life. The box was enormous and the packaging was absolutely amazing. I've never seen anything quite like it. But what can I say about the machine itself? Absolutely outstanding. Following the written instructions provided by Green Green I was able to extend the Lenovo onsite warranty immediately and installed my hard-drives and peripherals within the hour without incident. Everything worked correctly upon first boot which is a rarity in itself. An outstanding workstation from what can only be described as an outstanding company. Have no fear when buying from Green Green. Very highly recommended.
