Were able to get my claim done as promised!

Just received a cold call from "Rosie" from this company. When told that our accountant takes care of our matters like this and we were not seeking any help, Rosie still insisted, speaking over me, that she talks with the company owner (half is mine anyway) and wanted a direct line to speak with him. This was rude and demanding. If at a later date we did decide to seek guidance on R & D tax credits, or another company owner was asking for recommendations, I know who I WON'T be recommending!

We've just recently started working with Kyle Allison of Green Jellyfish and he's done a terrific job for us. The instructions of what we needed to do were clear and Kyle had incredible patience with us understanding the issues with a busy business. Great service, very reasonable pricing and saved us a lot of money. What more do you need?

So I got contacted by a salesperson, who convinced me to have a meeting with one of their advisors. They were not pushy at all and were professional throughout.

However, through the conversation with their representative, it soon became apparent to me that I was probably too small a fish for them to bother with. That's fine and I even suspected as much.

However, as I'm an ltd contractor my company's yearly accounts are publicly available online.

Indeed I have been convinced you'd have already checked that first before going through the whole process which meant wasting time, not to mention getting me all convinced and excited only to ghost me in the end.

I'm usually highly suspicious of cold calls, and will continue to be, but I'm very glad I listened to this particular call. Once I had checked out Green Jellyfish's credentials and the R&D tax credit scheme they were talking about, I went ahead, they made a successful claim for me and the money has arrived in my company bank account. It was as easy and trouble free as I could imagine to get what amounted to bonus money. Simon was friendly, thorough and explained everything very well. I'll be contacting them again next tax year and I can recommend them very highly.

I was a little suspicious when I first was contacted by Green Jellyfish but glad I have listened to their offer, gone ahead and our claim was successful. Mathew and other staff were professional, efficient and I can't recommend them enough.

Having been contacted out of the blue by Green Jellyfish (I must say - the name did intrigue me!) - I then found them to be very friendly, non-pushy, informative and helpful in explaining in how they could possibly help with an R&D claim.

I was contacted by Green Jellfyish out of the blue, but once they explained what they could do for me, I must say that I was very happy with the efficiency of the service I received. Alex Fellas kept me informed throughout and helped to nudge me along this alien process very professionally.

I was intending to file an R&D claim last year but never got around to the paperwork; after receiving a phone call in February 2022 from Green Jellyfish, I discussed my intentions and received a tax rebate today. I am now awaiting the tax refund paperwork submitted to HMRC but otherwise, I am more than happy with the service rendered. I would certainly recommend that you think about why you are submitting your claim before discussing it with Green Jellyfish, otherwise highly recommended for those who are wise to this rebate.

I have been dealing with Green Jellyfish for 3 years now, and I can't recommend them enough for any company in need to claim R&D tax credit! They were always highly professional, responsive, and accommodating. The claim preparation and submission experience was very smooth. Two years ago my claim got mixed up at the HMRC side, and Green Jeyllfish jumped in right away, contacted HMRC and resolved the issue. I will continue to use their services for the years to come.
